Extreme mode on bosses do sound fun, but there'll always be that one player who'll find a bossable team (like always and it'll spread out like wildfire. The suggestion " Also once in a month, the player with the most wins in extreme mode could get a reward like non tradeable IV lock RR or equal " will cause the top player to have an unfathomable amount of IV lock RRs which of course, isn't good. Plus, the idea of a ranking system for Bossing of all things, no offense is quite stupid.

Chaos, have you tried messaging the opponents you challenge? Maybe even asking them for a battle instead of randomly sending them an invite. I mean, I don't think most people would just accept the battle invite without context. You should try telling them through PM that you'd like to have a friendly 6v6 Pokemon battle, and surely that'll make it much quicker.

This is indeed a bug, first you'll want to: 1. Faint your Eevee (To lower its happiness.) 2. You fight more wild Pokemon max out your happiness again. 3. After you have 255 happiness again. You level it up during day, and you'll magically have an Espeon! (Actually don't know if the level up is needed. But I'd say you should try it anyways) Hope this helps.

In Kanto, you can get metal coats in the power plant. There's a slight chance that you can get metal coats from the Magnemites there. (you can either catch the magnemites or use thief / covet. Note that while using thief / covet, the Pokemon you're using thief with has to have an empty held item slot.) And as for how long you have to wait to evolve the Onix, I'd say you should evolve it at lvl 80+.
