Hey there, apologies for the delayed response. The quest only needed a server restart or crash for the moves to be fixed again. Since one did happen since the creation of your post, the quest should now be fixed. Let me know if you still encounter any issue.

Greetings @Darkclown The pokemon was lended to the user Vansh01 on May 28th. The trade was done using the lending feature and as such you should receive them back on June 4th. Greetings @Croissantman @Doolz The interaction you are mentioning here is completely normal. Items do not carry over characters on different servers has they are considered as different data. The hotbar still displays the item even though you don't have it, unfortunately, because the same account on different servers still shares the hotbar visual. Getting an item in one server will not give it to you in the other, since they are save files as per se. They have their own inventory, pokedollars, their own pokemons and their own progress. The only thing shared amongst servers is the amount of coin shop and the username. Hope this answered your question. Let me know if anything is unclear.

As long as we see your screen clearly and the map name preferably, yes. He can be anywhere on the island, not just the first place where you encountered it.

Unfortunately we cannot just add items like that without any sufficient proof, which is missing here. If we were giving out items just following player's words then everyone would just try to abuse it. It's more likely that you might have used them or even trashed them by mistake and don't remember and unfortunately we cannot check the latter. We've exhausted all the other options where you could have lost the rare candies outside of that, none of them happened in this case. There also wasn't any new quest or anything that could of removed your rare candies in the given timeframe. We can't really trace anything unless you realized it at the exact moment it happened. Considering the amount of server transfer(s) that happens daily compared to the reported lost item posts it is very unlikely that it might have been the cause. Feel free to make another thread if you can find anything that might shed a light if it ever happens again. Seeing as there is nothing to do further right now in this thread it shall be locked. You can take a screenshot by either using the capture tool or by using the print screen button and pasting it here. If you're on mobile it's usually one of the volume button while pressing the power button at the same time.

I simply mentioned the heatran quest because you do have rare candies stuck with the npc. Doesn't matter if you ended the quest right now or 5 months ago, you did not speak with buck to gain them again. As for the ones that are saying disappeared, you traded a part of them during the month of may but it accounts to 28 rare candies in total. The only other plausible explanation is that you've used the rest of them. Items do not disappear randomly.

Greetings @Frylock. As mentioned already, Buck does keep your rare candies/master balls until you finish the quest. You then have to go speak to him again in the stark mountain. You currently have some rare candies stashed with the NPC, looking at your trade logs this is the only plausible explanation on their disappearance. Hopefully this will answer your concern.

Can you send a screenshot of where you are looking for the articuno ? Do keep in mind that it can be in a different location than the first time you encountered it on (it will still be on the same island) If there is nothing bugged we cannot just "put" anything there, make sure you looked everywhere and that you are in the right spot.

The Articuno you need is not located in seafoam islands, he is located in the ice island. You can access it by going to shamouti island accessible by vermilion port, and then reach the northern part until you reach Seaway vein. Going north again will lead you to the ice island. I would recommend reading this guide, the ice island part especially, since this seems to be where you are stuck. The quest is not bugged here, you simply must proceed with the correct steps. We cannot just give you the pokemon for free like that, you have to complete the quest for it.

Greetings @Kallx1. As mentioned by Norex it is very unlikely that there is a bug with this part of the quest. I would recommend searching on the entire island where articuno is supposed to be, you probably missed it. If you are entirely sure that it's not there could you send some screenshots of the island where articuno is supposed to be ? Make sure you have your pokemon with shadow tag on your team as well.

Greetings @lvaPOKEMON. Looking upon your issue it looks like you skipped a step and never obtained the adamant orb for Dialga seen data. Can you perhaps try to obtain it and then interact with the Dialga statue in Eterna City ? Afterwards you will need to interact with Palkia statue in Floroma town and then with Arceus statue in Spear Pillar. Do keep in mind that you are only allowed to create one post for the same issue. Creating multiple posts for the same thing will only make things more confusing and you will not get a faster response. Instead you are allowed to write "bump" as a new message in the same thread if going unanswered for at least 24 hours. Let me know if that worked

Greetings @axtion10. Apologies for the delay. You cannot continue the sinnoh quest with paul due to the fact that you are already sinnoh champion. You can already travel freely to sinnoh by using one of the port cities which are found respectively in Vermilion, Olivine or Lilycove. Hopefully this will answer your question Have a nice day

Greetings @Gatso. After a few tests I was unable to reproduce the issue. Since this is the first time this has been reported by anyone and there wasn't any update recently, I'm inclining that this might be an hardware or a configuration problem on your device. We can try some things but we won't necessarily be able to fix it if that's the case. Does this happen only on one device ? If so which one ? (PC, phone, etc.) If on PC, have you tried lowering the character repeat rate ? Does this happen frequently or is it random ? Since when does this happen ? Does it happen with every letters or just some ? Looking forward to your answers

If you have a screenshot of the lent agreement then you can create a report in the report section. Otherwise our hands are tied, it would be pretty hard to prove that it's a lent unless you are able to contact Buzzn directly.

Greetings @Bobby2. In order to use headbutt your pokemon must have at least 150 or more happiness (The orange bar on your pokemon card). This goes as well for TM's like dig or rock smash (in certain locations). You can gain happiness mainly by winning wild fights, leveling up & walking with your pokemon. You can also boost the happiness yield times two by equipping a soothe bell on the desired pokemon. There is a free claimable one in Celadon office 3rd floor from the Tiggus NPC. Be wary that fainting or trading your pokemon to another player will make him lose happiness. Here is a guide on happiness if you are looking for more information, let me know if anything is unclear.
