  1. Could you perhaps try to uninstall completely (remove all your past files) and try to re-download ? If that doesn't work, could you try with a VPN such as windscribe ? Let me know if any of these options fixed the issue.

    Hi there @ciuco420 My apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned by G3n3r4l you must speak with assistant theodore in order to obtain the mega bracelet to access the Salamencite. You will need to show him one pokemon caught by you that can mega evolve, has max happiness, max effort values and is also max level. Once that's done you will obtain the mega bracelet.   9. Hi there @Thatgodly420 Apologies for the inconvenience. By looking at your current progress it seems that you're at the step where you need to beat wally with only a Gardevoir that you've caught (Would strongly recommend to make it level 100. This is why he keeps mentioning that you must "only have one Gardevoir in your team", it must be the only pokemon in your party. I would recommend looking at the staff guide for the first wave if you're lost in what you need to do or where you need to go to proceed in the quest.   11. Hi there, I've received a response from content scripters. Seeing as the entire quest, is still in the old coding language (Xanascript) we unfortunately cannot reset the NPC cooldown. You will have to wait for the normal 7 days cooldown to battle Ash again. Though this might not the response you expected, please try to understand.

  14. Digs spots, excavations and headbutt are currently disabled due to an issue that created server crashes. Developers are working on a fix to re-enable them as soon as possible. Air balloon is a one time use item and if the server crashed after it was used there's unfortunately nothing we can do. You can obtain another air balloon in one those locations : Purchasable from any PvP Master for 1 PvP Coin apiece Purchasable from any PvE Master for 1 PvE Coin Potentially rewarded from Ash Westbrook and Officer Jenny Potential Game Corner reward Held by wild Drifloon Trade chat from other players Although you might be disappointed by the answer, please try to understand Have a nice day!

In any case you should still be able to reload the previous iv set you had, simply by interacting with Psychic Marina again. Doing so will cost you 50k pokedollars Have a nice day!

Developers are actively working on the issue to fix it as soon as possible, but there is currently no date as to when they will be enabled again. As you know the servers were down for a planned maintenance for the ladder reset and database backups, there's unfortunately no ETA when the server comes back.
