Hey there @Gopure My apologies for the inconvenience. I've restored your pokemon and it should be in the last slot of your PC. As a future reference please use the restore megathread. In cases like this where there's more than 40 pokemon released and you do not remember the ID it's better if you can describe the pokemon using its nature/ability/IV's and form. It's much faster for us (and you as well!) to not have to go through 46 pokemons one by one Have a splendid day!

Greetings once again. I've personally confirmed before answering your question with a developer if it was indeed a guaranteed service offered. As long as you have the the normal requirements for the name change and the proof of the ownership everything should be fine. Hey there @0PaRk3R0 My apologies for the inconvenience. I've taken a look into your account and it seems like you might have forgotten to activate a statue for the letter "E". Which would either be the statue of Cresselia or Arceus. Could you please go there and see if you activated all the correct ones ? If it doesn't work, please provide screenshots of the entire screen to make sure you interacted with all the statues. Looking forward to your answer, have a splendid day!

Hey there @Hagakure Unfortunately account deletion is not an service that is offered anymore and I sincerely doubt that it will ever be made available again. However, I do have a solution that would work on your end. You can request for a name swap between your alt and your main account by requesting a name change. This will be done for the normal name change price (500 coins), rather than having to pay for 2 names changes just to free up the desired name. Obviously, there is some verification steps which will need to be taken in order to confirm the ownership of the accounts. Since this includes private information, please make a thread in the general complaint area regarding the situation. General complaint is a sub-forum only available to staff members and hence, private. This way you'll be able to pay "half" of the 2 names changes, keep your alt and get the desired name. This thread will be left open if you have any more questions or concerns. I hope this solution works for you, even though it doesn't entirely comply with your deletion request. Have a splendid day! -
Hey there! @kyleq8 My apologies for the inconvenience. From my understanding, the Melody NPC in the hall on shamouti island doesn't ask for your help when prompting her dialogue, is that correct ? If so, could you please try to interact with the legendary birds in their respective location ? (Zapdos in the kanto power plant & Articuno in the seafoam island). Hey there @kyleq8 As mentioned by Norex, you can return to the entrance of the forest area where you'll be able to interact with the stele to get an hint. Keep in mind that here is multiple possible options and that your hint is in accordance with the location of the boss. Unfortunately this is as much as information we can provide. The content team works extremely hard on events and it's highly preferable to let players discovers them to not let their hard work go to waste Have a splendid day!

Hey there @Dioho358 My apologies for the inconvenience; the servers had some issues that disconnected players earlier I'm sincerely sorry, but we cannot return your rockruff as it was not saved in the database nor do we have any proof that you indeed encountered one. Furthermore, it would be unfair to players who did not get refunded and lost some goods in the past for similar issues. Since PRO is an MMO players will not always be rewarded even if they spent hours of hunting or doing other activities. If you wish to do so, you may also read more extensively on this topic as to why we cannot issue refunds for rollbacks Once again I'm sincerely sorry that we cannot help, nevertheless I wish you the best of luck with your hunt. Hey there @Dioho358 If you meant the boss in the forest area, you'll need to return and interact with the stele (The stone) located in the beginning of the forest. This will give you an hint of the boss location, keep in mind that there is a few possible locations and that the correct one will be in accordance to the hint you received. I hope you can understand that this is as much as I can help you regarding this issue since it's preferable to let players discover and enjoy the quest Have a splendid day!

Hey there @Frknbsk As mentioned by Norex, you need to return to the stele at the beginning of the forest area to get an hint on the boss location. There is a few possible locations and one of them will be in accordance to the hint you received. Hey there @dash2000 I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, I'm afraid that this is an intended feature The only ability ferroseed can get is Iron barbs, but when evolved into ferrothorn it gets access to Anticipation as its hidden ability. Consequently, there's a slim chance of getting the hidden ability and since ferroseed can only have iron barb it wouldn't be displayed to you until you evolve it. Getting a pupitar with the hidden ability is a similar case where you won't be able to know if you have the hidden ability until evolve in their late stages. The ferroseed you had in your possession had the hidden ability and this is why it has anticipation now I hope I was able to answer your question, let me know if you need more clarifications Have a splendid day!
