    Hey there!

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    For the first part of your problem I have an answer.
    However, for the second one I've asked a dev what could cause this issue as reinstalling the client/updating drivers apparently didn't work for you,.
    The cause of your laptop overheating is due to having your FPS set at unlimited.
    Please reduce it to 60 FPS or enable VSync which caps your FPS to your monitor's refresh rate.
    Furthermore, you can also disable Weather and Dynamic Lighting if you're still experiencing the same issue.

    Hey there!

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    Your issue appears due to the newer versions of Unity and old hardware from the user.
    To fix it, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut".
    After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-glcore into the Target as in the screenshot shown below.
    Make sure to add a space between .exe and -force.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    Unfortunately, we have no power on this issue as it's the issue from your side and internet provider.
    Please check on this site if you have IPv4 supported. You may contact your internet provider and see if they could add a IPv4 support.
    Currently you can only connect to PRO with a IPv4 support as IPv6 is not supported yet. And there won't be any ETA when PRO will support IPv6 only.

    Hey there!

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that was caused.
    Recently the servers have been unstable due to proxy server issues. There is nothing we can do about it because the issue is on the server providers end. We’re always trying to improve the server stability but crashes are unpredictable and can happen anytime. The developers are already aware of this and are trying to look for a new proxy server to reduce the crashes.
    Unfortunately, you won’t be given anything you lost in a crash. 
    We recommend to not do any pvp battles, bosses as well as safari during these times. 
    Again, we are sorry for your case, however, further action can not be taken as it would be unfair to other players who had a similar situation with their losses in the past where we didn't refund their money.

    There seem to be a bug in the old clients where you can't autopatch. In order to fix this issue, please delete the current PRO files and then redownload the game from here.

    I have some good news for you. 
    I checked and have found out that it was a proxy disconnect and not a server crash. Usually if there is a server crash, bosses can be rebattled after the server is online again which I forgot. However if we have a proxy disconnect, bosses think you had a disconnect.
    Nikola boss cooldown has been resetted for you now.

    Here is an explanation from the devs why the "GameAssembly.dll" file is considered as a virus.
     

    Furthermore, I would like to tell that you don't necessary need to completely disable your antivirus program. You can add an exception for PRO to your antivirus/firewall.

    In order to enter the excavation site on Evergreen Island you need at least 10'000 Points.
    Furthermore, it will cost you 2,5k ingame money to enter.
