Unfortunately, once opened it cannot be restored back to its previous state as it could be abused for other purposes and you get a notification before you open the set. I know it is not the response you would have liked to receive but there is nothing else we can do about it. I will now lock this thread as resolved.

Simply wait around an hour after defeating it and come back. Could you try and provide a screenshot or video on your issue on the Cobalion Quest?

  13. Hey there, are you playing in a private or public network? Are you able to use phone data if it's in an android? Did you clean your DNS cache? What map are you currently in? Normally this is caused due to internet instability that is momentary.

  18. Hey there, the cooldown is completely intended as to not abuse certain PvE content that would easily provide a massive amount of unintended rewards. This is also applicable to many other PvE activities. As the issue was completely on your end (as your light went off), we cannot reset your cooldown. I will lock this as resolved.

  20. Hi there, if you still have issues with it, you can rare candy your Chimchar again to level 100 and then purchase a Mysterious Candy to evolve it at level 100. Let me know if this issue has worked for you. You can purchase a Mysterious Candy in any department store.
