    @Tomy314 The trigger for the evolution prompt on a happiness evolution will only pop up once, as it used to appear every single fight before. Now, if you want to evolve a happiness pokemon and the popup does not appear when you level it up, you can faint the pokemon and then heal it up, defeat a few more pokemon and you will be able to evolve it!   16. @p1zZ4 To start the quest you must talk to him first and trigger the prompt where he will ask you to bring a Pidgey at level 5 or less. You must talk to him before you go and catch a new Pidgey for this step. Once you have talked to him, you can try showing him a Pidgey that fulfills that requirement. Once he has approved it, you will be able to train it to 90+ and evolve it if needed to fight his Pidgeot for the next step of the quest. I hope this has resolved your issue. If you fought his Pidgeot, you should be able to fight Gary in the Kanto Elite 4 building entrance.
  17. @Jwstin Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to many reasons, we cannot deevolve any pokemon, as one of the main reasons is that we do not have the tools to do so. You will have to capture another one. Kind regards, Kvar

  19. @AsuraCrying00 Could you attach the whole Battle Log (you can expand it by clicking on that small square and then dragging it by its corners) so our Testers can check this issue further? Did you by any chance use the move Soak against Shaymin, so then it becomes a Water Type so you can Spore it, and then you forgot about this so you used Ice Punch (not very effective against Water Types) and lost the Boss Fight?

    @fetxize Could you faint your Riolu once, then battle a few more pokemon during the Daytime (10:00 to 19:59) and see if it evolves?

  22. @Mozzarila In your downloads section in your chromebook, you should have obtained a .apk file. You should be able to tap on it to launch it directly. Are you able to do so?
  23. @Mozzarila All three provide the same file you can use whichever one you want!
  24. @Mozzarila In this situation, you could try downloading the Android client and installing the .apk file
  25. Greetings, @Mozzarila What platform/device do you want to play the game on? Depending on your device, you simply need to download a specific client and launch it, or an .apk file if on an Android device.
