  1. Hello, It appears you do not meet the requirements needed to do the Latios & Latias quest. One of the requirements is having all non-legendary Hoenn caught data, which you are missing quite a lot of. Once you meet those requirements, you can do the quest and catch your pick of two. Here is a guide to the quest, which also outlines the requirements needed. Let me know if you have further questions.
  2. My apologies for the late response. Your IP is not flagged or anything. The servers were experiencing issues at that time. I notice you have been able to login, so I assume the issues have stopped. Is that the case or are you still experiencing issues when connecting?
  3. Sorry for the extreme delay. According to our database, you did in fact purchase 2 Reroll Tickets. You have since traded two Reroll Tickets to another player. You have also rerolled a few of your legendary Pokémon. From what I can gather, there is no bug and you did receive 2 tickets. If you can provide further information or evidence, I would be happy to revisit this.
  4. Hello @Asppirhyne. During the quest, you will be tasked with battling both Latias and Latios in their Mega form. Can you provide a screenshot of what the TV in Littleroot Town says?
  5. Hello @Isotropic. As per the announcement by AlCedo—an Admin—on February 27th, 2026, Pokémon submitted to Collector Joro will no longer be restored. Therefore, we will not be obliging your request. I’m sure this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but please try to understand.   6. Hello @Vegetarox. Purchasing a Z-Crystal from the NPC will come with a fee of either 75 PvE coins or 45 PvP coin. Your current balance does not meet either requirement, therefore, you cannot purchase any crystal as of now. You can either increase your balance of either coin to reach the allotted purchase amount or attempt to clear the Mono-Type tournament again in order to claim the crystal you want. Hope this clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.

  13. Hello @Fwuff. I'm truly sorry to hear you missed out on redeeming the code and by such a short margin, too. It's really unfortunate, but we cannot do anything for you here. If we make an exemption for you here, then we would have to oblige other similar requests. The announcement was very clear on the runtime of the codes and players had 48 hours to activate it. I understand that not every player is aware of how the redeem codes work or aren't aware of where to redeem them at or they simply didn't have the time or availability to redeem it while it was active. Sadly, those situations are beyond our measures and control. So, regrettably, we cannot award you with either a new code or the item received from the code. I'm sure this is a disappointing answer, but our hands really are tied here. All I can say is try to be more proactive when/if another code is shared to make sure you get the item quickly. It is also recommended to delete all previous PRO files prior to downloaded and installing the new client. If you are still experiencing these issues even after re-downloading, please let me know.
  15. Hello @Aryawnnnn. My apologies for the late response. There can be many different reasons to this issue. The most obvious and most common is simply forgetting what you've spent money on. Have you perhaps purchased anything from another player or from an NPC such as Pokéballs? Perhaps you blacked out against a wild Pokémon? Please do your best to recall and answer these as best as you can. While you do that, I'll do some investigating to see where these funds could have gone.
