  2. Hello, sorry for the delay. Recovering Pokémon given to an NPC takes a little more time than restoring when it's simply released, so this may take a bit. In the meantime, please release the Klefki you received.

  8. Sorry for the delay. The servers have been fine, so I am forced to assume it is an issue on your end. Please double-check your internet connection and/or your router. You can also try deleting all the files and re-installing them.
  9. Hello @Dyggietv.My apologies for the delay. When receiving PvE Coins, it may take a few minutes for your Trainer Card to reflect the changes. This can quickly be amended by logging out and logging back in. That will force the Trainer Card to update and your correct PvE Coin balance should be on display. However, if you do desire to have the Pokémon back, we can do so but we will have to remove the coins you were given for it. If you would like to proceed, please give me more details on the Pokémon you gave so I can identify the correct one and restore it.

  11. Hello @Ladouillejr. My apologies for the late response. Could you provide screenshots of where you are? Have you tried using an escape rope to return to your last visited Pokecenter?

  14. Hello, We do not offer de-evolution services for such cases. These types of requests are only done in cases where a service provide evolved a clients Pokémon without their permission. I'm sure this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but there is nothing for me to do. I hope you can understand. Take care.
