  6. After 30 minutes of gameplay, you are able to use the public chats, except for Trade chat. Trade chat is unlocked after obtaining the 4th Kanto badge.   7. Hello @Triv3ls02. My apologies for the inconvenience. Seedot can have the ability Pickpocket, which can steal the targets item when making contact. What most likely happened is that you encountered a Seedot with that ability and it stole your Macho Brace. Since this is how the ability is intended to work, we will not restore your item. For future reference, please know that if a wild Pokémon steals your item with an ability or move, you can catch that Pokémon and it will be holding the stolen item.   8. Hello @Dhrubo18. My apologies for the late response. Boss battles are battles with strong NPCs. They are called bosses because they can be very challenging and are designed to be late-game content. Unlike regular NPCs during the story modes of the game, you must prepare a designated team for these battles so you can consistently win against them. To fight with these bosses, you must meet their battle requirements, which can vary boss per boss. You can find battle requirements, team lineup, and rewards details for defeating each boss, and all boss-related information that you need by going to their specific boss page through the Bosses Wiki page.   12. What antivirus are you using? Though, deleting all your PRO files, disabling your antivirus, redownload PRO, then launching it should also solve your problem.

Disabled your antivirus or creating an exception for PRO will allow you to launch and play with no issues. If you have further questions, please let me know.
