Meaning the Charmander you previously showed will not work anymore. You'll need to show Professor Oak a new Charmander that meets the requirements. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @256. My apologies for the late response. The item Unknown Hat is hidden from your inventory, making you unable to see it. It is a quest item for the Ash's Hat quest that begins in Viridian Forest only for players that selected Pikachu as their starter. If you did not select Pikachu as your starter, you can ignore this item, as it will be of no use. If you have further questions, please let me know.

As mentioned above, we cannot restore a Pokémon you did not capture. Since it was not caught, there is no data on it, so we cannot restore it. To prevent these situations from happening, a prompt was added whenever you encounter a rare form(event, shiny, pink). This addition minimized running away from rare forms, but it can still happen so please be careful in the future. Since no action can be taken on our end, this thread will be closed. Hello @Tsushima. Once again, we must decline your request. We cannot comply with it because it would be extremely unfair to other players. If we do it for one, we set a precedent and then will have to do it for others. Not only would this be unfair to previous players, but it would degrade the spirit of the game. Hello @Fafouney. My apologies for the inconvenience. From my findings, your main account, Fafouney, is missing the evolve data for Frogadier(Battle Bond) and Greninja(Battle Bond). These are registered as different dex entries than the regular ones. As for your alt account, Fafouney2D, it is indeed missing Alolan-Raticate evolution data, in addition to the ones you already know to be missing. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Hello @Oype. My apologies for the inconvenience. Wigglytuff is able to learn Baton Pass through the use of TR29 in Generation 8. However, PRO follows Generation learnsets, therefore, TRs do not exist in the game. To summarize, Wigglytuff cannot learn Baton Pass in Generation 7, but it can in Generation 8. Since PRO uses Generation 7 for learnsets, this is not an error. Hopefully this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

Hello @Saguilera. My apologies for the late response. After winning a Ranked PvP match, you earn 1 PvP coin. However, many times it is not immediately visible, as the Trainer Card takes a bit to update. Your options are to either wait for it to update or to logout and log back in, forcing the update. Keep in mind you'll only earn PvP Coins for each Ranked PvP win. Any other format will not yield PvP Coins after winning. Let me know if you have further questions.
