Hello @Bountyhunter91. Have you perhaps started the Heatran quest recently? During this quest, the NPC Buck will take your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s). You can retrieve these items when you complete the quest and speak to Buck again. If you have not done the Heatran quest recently or Buck does not return anything to you, please let me know.

Hello @Wilzinn. My apologies for the late response. According to our database, you elected to discard the current progress and train a new Pokémon for the quest. Meaning the Charmander you previously showed will not work anymore. You'll need to show Professor Oak a new Charmander that meets the requirements. Let me know if you have further questions. -

Hello @256. My apologies for the late response. The item Unknown Hat is hidden from your inventory, making you unable to see it. It is a quest item for the Ash's Hat quest that begins in Viridian Forest only for players that selected Pikachu as their starter. If you did not select Pikachu as your starter, you can ignore this item, as it will be of no use. If you have further questions, please let me know.

As mentioned above, we cannot restore a Pokémon you did not capture. Since it was not caught, there is no data on it, so we cannot restore it. To prevent these situations from happening, a prompt was added whenever you encounter a rare form(event, shiny, pink). This addition minimized running away from rare forms, but it can still happen so please be careful in the future. Since no action can be taken on our end, this thread will be closed. Hello @Tsushima. Once again, we must decline your request. We cannot comply with it because it would be extremely unfair to other players. If we do it for one, we set a precedent and then will have to do it for others. Not only would this be unfair to previous players, but it would degrade the spirit of the game. For those reasons, we will not make any alterations to any Pokémon, whether it be Nature, Ability, IVs, EVs, gender, or level. I hope you can understand. Have a great day.
