Hello @Belschemel. My apologies for the late response. Both instances you described are a result of good luck and bad luck in their extremes. Two Rare spawns within 30 minutes is quite good luck and none for several hours is quite bad luck. Though I highly doubt you hunted for 11 hours straight with no breaks in-between, I will assume you hunted for a long time. With that said, there is no bug, it is just how luck works sometimes. My apologies for the delay. Did you perhaps speak with an NPC that would reset your quest? Did you use an Escape Rope while inside the tower? -

Hello @LOLphcait. My apologies for the inconvenience. Due to the heavy workload that Game Masters have, they do not do name changes as the requests come in. Instead, they have designated Saturday as the day they handle name changes. If they are free, however, they may choose to do them earlier. Your name change request should be fulfilled soon. Hello @serioussamgre. My apologies for the late response. It looks as though you are yet to merge your Red and Blue accounts into Silver. Below is a quick guide on how to properly merge. Please make sure you select the server you used to play on, which is the Blue server in your case. If you have further questions, consider reading the Merge FAQ thread. Hello @DeIta. My apologies for the inconvenience. In Generation 7, which PRO uses, Gengar is only able to learn Sludge Wave through the use of an Event Move Tutor, which is located in Celadon City's Game Corner. Speak with the TM Teacher and she will offer the option of the Event Move Tutor for 15k. Gengar should be able to learn it this way. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Hello @smash76. You released those Pokémon on the Gold server, so for me to be able to restore them, you'll need to be on the Gold server. You will have to either pay for a server transfer, which is 100 coins. Or wait until your free transfer is available once more, which will be 30 days after June 30th.

You're not able to click this to open the console? When you deleted the game, did you delete all the files? Including from the trashcan?
