  1. Hello @Mirkotidus91. My apologies for the late response. According to our database, you have not completed the Celebi quest on this account. Nikola boss does not spawn Volcanion. Instead, Volcanion respawns when you re-enter the area you caught it in. According to our database, you selected Registeel from the quest. So, you most likely caught it in Birth Island. Nikola does not respawn Legendary Pokémon caught in Birth Island. I have gone ahead and restored your Regirock, but for Celebi you'll need to finish the quest for it and for Volcanion simply return to where you originally caught it. Let me know if you have further questions.

  3. Hello @Deadecho29. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, we cannot comply with your request. Not only would it go against the established methods of the game, but it would be unfair to every other player that has to or has had to handle this mechanic. You'll need to unlock the Johto region to be able to regain access to this item. However, you can obtain a Macho Brace as a 5th tier reward for completing a Celadon Daily task. You can also purchase one from a player, but just trade the item itself without a Pokémon holding it. Let me know if you have further questions.

To reach Eindoak Town, you'll need to speak with Sailor Drew in Eumi Island, who will take you to Eindoak Waterways. From there, head south and you'll reach Eindoak Town.     The explanation given by Fafouney is correct. Assuming you're using your level 37 Timid Xatu, there is a possibility it was lower level than the wild Electrike that can spawn between 34 and 38, which would cause Roar to end the battle.
