Hello @Drynn. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, account resets are not currently possible. However, you can create a new account to start fresh on. Keep in mind that every player is allowed up to 4 accounts. Alternatively, you can log into the opposite server and start fresh there. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @RazzedTM. My apologies for the late response. To begin with, Thomasking does not count towards your limit of 4 accounts since you do not have full ownership of it. However, using that account to do bosses, quests, events, etc. for your profit is prohibited, as stated in Rule 2 of our Game Rules. If you would like to create a 4th account, take anything you want from Thomasking first, then stop using that account. Afterwards, you can create a 4th account. I hope this helps clear your doubts.
