The Eruption tutor is only available during the Easter, Summer, and Christmas events, inside Suzuka Town's PokéMart, Alto Mare PokéMart, and Evergreen Village PokéMart, respectively. It is currently not available outside these events. The next time it will be available is during the Summer event. However, there is no ETA for when that will start. Hello @varedris. Unfortunately, this is not an option we offer at this time and it is uncertain if it will ever be offered. Two ways to circumvent this is to create a new account and start fresh or play on the opposing server you are currently playing on. Keep in mind that each person is only allowed up to four accounts. There you go. The old lady only offers you quests if you have the Medical Certificate, so you have completed that quest already.

Hello @Uxxelmon. My apologies for the inconvenience caused. Due to how waterfalls are mapped, this issue cannot be easily fixed. The waterfall counts as surfing tiles, so you will be able to encounter Pokémon on them. One way to avoid encounters, and this issue, is by using a repel before climbing a waterfall. Though you may think it is not practical, it is the only way to avoid this issue at this time. My apologies for not being able to assist you further, but I hope you can understand.
