Hello @UnionJess. Apologies for the delay. It looks like there was a login into Fruitbat very recently. This means the account is active, thus we cannot know for sure what you claim. Consequently, the mail has not been reversed. The best course of action now is to either contact your partner and have them make a post explaining the situation. Or if you were the one to login, that you reach the 4th badge and claim the mail. If you have anymore questions, please let me know.

There is no ETA for when Astrella will be released. It is a huge project that still requires a lot of work, so we are not comfortable enough to give a proper estimation of when it will be added. It will be a fully functional region with Gyms, just like a normal region. As for starters, we cannot disclose that right now. There is no ETA for the next client update, but keep an eye on the official PRO Discord server to know when it will come. Astrella will not be included with the next client update. As stated above, it still needs a lot of work. If you have anymore questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

This is because it would be unfair towards previous players who were denied. Furthermore, since you did not catch the Pokémon, we cannot restore it in any way. Hello @Boo347. Apologies for the late response. As Norex mentioned above, you will need to be the champion of Sinnoh before being able to access Birth Island. Luckily, your Mysterious Ticket will not expire, so you can redeem it once you have completed Sinnoh. If you have anymore questions or if something is unclear, please let me know.

WHY LICKITUNG DONT LEARN "BLOCK" ??

Hello @Luckymarki. Apologies for the inconvenience. As Iceflake mentioned, only Lickilicky is able to learn Block via tutor. Such a tutor has not been added into PRO yet, so Lickilicky cannot learn Block at this time. You can make a suggestion for a move tutor for Block to be added. If you have anymore questions or issues, please let me know. -
