Hello @painbr. Regarding Psywave, it is a bit complicated, so here is a direct quote from the Smogon description. As for Hypno, it should be able to learn Drain Punch via tutor, which is found in Lilycove Department Store 5F. If you have tried using the tutor and cannot learn it, please post a screenshot of that happening. Belly Drum was an event move for Drowzee and there is no way of teaching it to Drowzee or Hypno without an Event Tutor for the move. Hello @Olker. Nikola does not give the option to respawn any of the Forces of Nature(Landorus, Thundurus, Tornadus). Rather, you must speak with Jirachi in Mauville City House 1. Jirachi will then give you the option to return to Tornadus' area again and you should be able to catch it. If you have further questions or if something is unclear, please let me know.

Hello @Ridoki. You are able to change hair colors by using a Magic Mirror, which is purchasable from the Coin Shop or through other players in Trade chat. With that item, you can change every aspect of your character's appearance. Keep in mind that it is a single-use item, meaning you will have to buy another one should you wish to change your appearance once more. Alternatively, you can create a new account to select the hair color you originally desired; this comes with the drawback of selecting a different username. Remember that each player is allowed a maximum of 4 accounts. If you do not wish to create a new account, you can begin progress on the other server and you will get the chance to create a new character appearance while keeping the same username. Hello @Dnler. The ability Cloud Nine simply negates the effects of weather. It will not remove the weather itself. For example: under rain, the ability Swift Swim, which normally doubles speed under rain, will have no effect. But the rain itself will still be there.
