At certain hours, queue is very dead. Waits can go up to 30 minutes to find an opponent, and naturally, players do not sit by their computer screen, staring until an opponent is found. Because of this reason, A. people queueing for a long time can often lose battles due to inactivity, B. people are discouraged to queue if they believe there is a risk of losing to inactivity. Hence my suggestion; before any battle information is displayed (NOTHING is displayed, not who you are fighting, their rating, their name, etc.), the player queueing for 10+ minutes gets an option to Accept or Decline the battle in a time frame of 20-30 seconds. This would likely make PvP more feasible to play in "dead hours" increasing overall activity, also, it will lower the number of "Disconnects" and decrease the amount of people who receive the 10 minute penalty, which will also result in more PvP activity.

serperior will not work in that team unless it is hp fire. I'd recommend heatran but im guessing you dont have access to it. Rotom wash would make a good partner for mega scizor. and if your serp is not hp fire i would recommend getting a bold volcarona with HP ground. If even that is not possible you can always go for conkeldurr to break bulky steel types, although your team remains a little weak to mega scizor and mega venusaur.

This is getting pretty annoying, even though it is rare, it really sucks when I DC when fighting a 0 rating. I lose a lot that I don't deserve to lose. And it would be one thing if the problem was with my WiFi, however, it is with the servers, as my WiFi works perfectly well, and immediately gets me back on the server when I press login. Furthermore, it penalizes me by not letting me battle for 10 minutes. I am sure this is a source of frustration for many people. I have been attempting to push ladder for the past few days, however, it is very demoralizing when I win 5 battles for 30 rating, and lose a single battle to lose 30.
