Hey @Aggronash Sorry for the late reply, you need the seen date of Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. For 75 caught native of Sinnoh , you are required to catch new (Pokemon who don't have caught data in your Pokedex), which mean catching the same Pokemon will not increase in Dex progress when you talk to Professor Rowan. The CS team already checked your user variable according to your report, and found that you have lost once during the battle, that's why you couldn't receive the Reroll Ticket as reward. Hello @Drkshdw As Ging13 mentioned, Nikola is a special boss. In order for a battle to be initiable with Nikola, you must have discernibly attempted to capture one of the huntable Legendary Pokémon and unsuccessfully so; this stipulates that you do not have its caught-data entry registered on your Pokédex and that you have battled the Legendary Pokémon in question. If you there is no discernible inopportunity to capture these Legendary Pokémon, no battle will be initiated. Saltedcoffee

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience, I have found the reason why you did not get the Reroll Ticket as reward after saved Joey. You've mentioned that you lost the first fight when against Kyurem, this is the reason why Joey's Mom doesn't give you the Reroll Ticket. (As you have to defeat Kyurem without losing in order to receive the Reroll Ticket Rewards). The requirement to receive Reroll Ticket from Joey's Mom is already listed in the video you've provided and in Kyurem Quest Guide, which mean it is work as intended and not bugged. Hello @daftgenius, Sorry for the late reply, as Iceflake mentioned, it is not a bug. Aqua jet give priority +1 same goes to Prankster gives status moves priority +1, which mean when Pokemon from both side having priority +1 situation, they will move according to their speed. In boss fight hard mode, boss have 400 EVs in each stat, which lead to Azumarill is faster than your Mega Banette, in that case, Aqua Jet attack before Prankster-Disable. Hello @GoLiaD Sorry for the inconvenience. Excavation sites are down for some period due to server not stable. Players could only get Mirror Shard through Easter Events which already ended. Sorry to let you know that there is currently no other ways to obtain Mirror Shard.
