  1. Hello @Lyn1311,

First of all, thank you for notifying us of this matter.

The duration of the auction was stated to be "Time 3 day" in the very beginning, when you created the post.

Because it was never specified that the auction would start from 1st bid/1st offer, this auction has already started as of thread creation.

Referring to Auction Rules (Rule No.7):

    Quote

    7. Starting price/point must be clearly stated. Once met, the auction has started.

    - Forum:

As of start point, this may be one of the following 2 options: a specified time (e.g. "day/month/year hour:minute a.m./p.m. & Timezone"), or instantly as of the trade post (e.g. "as of thread creation").

As of start price, specified by the seller.

Thus, using GMT+0, the auction started on 5:25PM on November 9th, 2022:

    image.png.3e1477de6eb1660abc908b3689aee9ed.png

and will last 3 days from this point. Consequently, there are only a few hours left of this auction as of the time of this writing.

I understand that this might not be the outcome that you are expecting. However, it's equally important that the game's trade rules are being upheld correctly and consistently over the time.

In the future, if you want the auction to start from 1st bid, please specify so.

    Good luck with your auction.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  2. Hello @Rulerokiee,

    Apologies for the delayed intervention.

In this case, there were certain procedures we need to follow before being able to force the trade, as discussed with you previously. Unfortunately, @Iigodzyt has also not been online lately, for a communication to be established. The available funds from either side also became insufficient at times, which further exacerbated the issue.

Since, as mentioned with you in private, the auction winner does not have the necessary Pokedollar in his account, the following actions have been taken:
@Rulerokiee: 1 CC has been added to your account. Because the shiny Gengar was won for $150K Pokedollar and CC's accepted value in this auction is 360K, $210K Pokedollar has also been taken, with your permission, and added to Iigodzyt's account, along with the shiny Gengar.

@Iigodzyt: 1 CC has been removed, and $210K Pokedollar added to your account. You will find your new shiny Gengar in the last slot of your PC Storage.

This concluded the auction. Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  3. Hello @Karisto,

Your post "Start" has been removed to avoid any potential confusion for interested bidders:

    image.png.0ecc6fdbc8489771c86cb14cd96120ac.png

It could be inferred by other players that you tried to start the auction by making a bid yourself, which would be considered a false bid.

However, if you meant that the auction has already been started, then you are totally correct. Since you put the auction time as "24h" solely, and not from 1st (valid) bid, the auction has already been started the moment this thread was created, and will last for 24 hours from that point.

    Referring to Auction Rules:

Hope this clears things up. Good luck with your auction.

  4. Since the auctioneer has not been able to contact the winner, I have forced the trade:
@Ezzyy22: $1.1M Pokedollar has been added to your account, and Halloween Drilbur moved to the auction winner.

@K69: $1.1M Pokedollar has been deducted, and you will find your new Halloween Drilbur in the last slot of your PC Storage.

This concluded the auction. Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  5. Hello @Fernandoselim,

I already spoke with Anikshikder's alt in game, and were able to confirm what you said, regarding the fact the bidder did not have the money to pay at the end of the auction. Hence, it was already a false offering in the beginning.

I can see that the shiny Pumpkaboo was already traded away, thus it's no longer available to be forced, whether Anikshikder already has the funds or not.

@Anikshikder will be handled in accordance with our Punishment Policy, however, I will also take the extenuating circumstances into account for this case.

I will proceed to lock this thread as there is no further action to take here. Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  6. Hello @X3tr3x,

Please be aware that if you want to sell in Cross Server subforum, you must be prepared to transfer to the server where the buyer resides in.

Referring to our Cross Server Rules (Rule No. 3):

    Quote

    3.   When posting in Selling Pokemon - Cross Server, the seller must be prepared to transfer, should the buyer be from the opposite server.

Thus, your current auction's detail "Trade server: Gold" does not abide by the aforementioned rule.

If you still wish to sell the Eevee in Cross Server subforum, please fix this as soon as possible. Otherwise, you can consider selling it in your own server, and this thread could be closed.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  7. Hello all,

Since the auctioneer has not been able to contact the winner, I have forced the trade:
@Xenox56 $250K Pokedollar has been added to your account, and Gastrodon moved to the auction winner.
Will notify Saltybhai in-game about the trade, as he does not have a Forum account under this name.

This concluded the auction. Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  8. Hello @Munmun,

Unfortunately, @Madarau's bid is a false offer as he does not have the means to honor his bid. He will be handled in accordance with our Punishment Policy.

As you are already aware from your other thread, the Halloween Gligar will now be offered to the runner-up for his $1.2M Pokedollar bid. Referring to our Auction Rules (Rule No.4):

    Quote

    4.  In the event that the winning bid is a false offer, the bid will be made void, and the auction win will be offered to the runner-up. Runner-ups are not obligated to honour their bid in these cases. Where no runner-up is available, the auction will be made null and void.

@Wilimakerni: You will now have the option to buy the Halloween Gligar for $1.2M Pokedollar. You can refuse or accept this offer. If you accept it, please get into contact with @Munmun within 72 hours to arrange the trade, or let us know of your intention in this thread.

I will be checking back this thread when there is an update or when the 72-hour period is up. If after 72 hours there is no news from @Wilimakerni, then this auction will be voided at that time.

    Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

@Irushia cant contact the winner, what can i do ?

Please try to contact the winner to arrange a trade for at least 48 hours after auction ended. After 48 hours have passed, you can click on the "Report" button under one of the posts here, and let us know of the situation.

  10. Hello @Munmun and @Rulerokiee,

Appreciate you making a report to us to let us aware of the situation, for the Ludicolo auction.

However, in this case, even if both parties agree to void the auction, this is not something that could be done at your discretion, without consequence. If we allow that to happen, that would not be fair to the previous bidders and other potential bidders, who could have bid $200K Pokedollar for the Ludicolo but were not able to because a bid was already logged here. Not to mention, this could lead to abuse if allowed to go uncorrected. @Rulerokiee will be handled in accordance with our Punishment Policy, but you can be assured that we will take the extenuating circumstances involved into account.

    To @Munmun:

Referring to our Auction Rules (Rule No.4):

    Quote

In the event that the winning bid is a false offer, the bid will be made void, and the auction win will be offered to the runner-up. Runner-ups are not obligated to honour their bid in these cases. Where no runner-up is available, the auction will be made null and void.

Thus, the above Ludicolo will be offered to the runner-up, @Dalmata, for $150K Pokedollar. I will notify him both here and in-game, and will give him 72 hours from now to decide whether to accept the trade or not. If after 72 hours there is no news from him, then you will be given permission to sell the Ludicolo again.

To @Dalmata: You have the option to buy the above Ludicolo for $150K Pokedollar. You can refuse or accept this offer. If you accept it, please get into contact with @Munmun within 72 hours to arrange the trade, or let us know of your intention in this thread.

I will be checking back this thread when there is an update or when the 72-hour period is up. Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  11. Hello @Sdhurley,

There are many problems with your auction, and the best way to fix this now is for you to make a new thread, for a clean slate.

    Referring to Auction Rules:

    Quote

    8. End point must be clearly stated before the auction has started. This cannot be changed once the auction has begun.

    Quote

    11. Insta Prices, Minimum Raises and Accepted Payments are optional, however, if set, must be announced in public, and cannot be changed, negotiated or added once:

    - Forum: The auction has started.

    Quote

    13. Accepted Payments may be offered as an additional or alternative form of payment to pokedollars. These must:

    - Be specified by the seller.

    - Be an item, and its value in pokedollars must be clearly specified by the seller.

     e.g. "1x Coin Capsule = 400K, 1x Reroll Ticket = 800K".

Pokemon cannot be offered as an Accepted Payment.

Since your auction already had an endpoint before (which were 7 days originally), it was already started the moment this thread was made. You kept changing the auction details (duration, insta, s.o) afterward, which were not allowed. If, by any chance, you want the auction to start after 1st bid, please specify it clearly in your description.

More importantly, you failed to state the value of Coin Capsule before the bid of 7M + 2 CC by @Rajkkapadia was made.

You also failed to specify which GMT the auction would follow. Stating "GMT" is not enough. If you meant GMT +0, write it so. Otherwise, you can use the GMT of your place. Please keep this in mind next time.

Having said that, I will proceed to lock this thread now. Feel free to make a new one, and this time remember to fix all the issues that could be found in this thread. Please give the Auction Rules a good read before you do that.

    Have a nice day.

    Irushia

  12. Hello @Imperfecton,

You are only allowed to have one active thread in each subforum, according to  Trade Zone's rules:

    Quote

    2. Each player may only have one active thread in each sub-forum.

This is the 2nd active thread you made, 10 minutes after your 1st one here.

Since both auctions have been started, and so to avoid confusion for the bidders, they will stay where they are now, for this time only. However, since you are aware of the rule now, please be more careful next time.

    Consider this an official warning.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  13. Hello @Snorlax8000cp,

I have edited your title "FIRST HALLOWEEN DRILLBUR" to a new one to conform to our Trade Rules:

    Quote

    1. When advertising, be clear and accurate about what you are buying or selling.

Because whether this is the first Halloween Drilbur or not is not verified, it is not allowed to be used in the title. Please be more careful next time when advertising your Pokemon.

    Good luck with the auction.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

  14. After being notified and accessing the circumstances involved, I have been able to complete a force trade for both parties, for this one time:

@Lebram31: $300K Pokedollar has been added to your account, and your Dratini moved to the auction winner.
@Fedizt1: $300K Pokedollar has been deducted, and you will find your new Dratini in the last slot of your PC Storage.

@Lebram31: Friendly reminder, please do not wait this long before letting us know that you have not been able to see the winner. We expect all the trades to be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and apparently here, it was only notified to us 25 days after auction ended. The force trade might not be possible under different conditions. Please keep this in mind in the future.

This concludes the auction. Take care.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia

@Irushia request forced trade. he don't want to move anywhere from his hunting spot

He is online now. Please meet with him and negotiate a trading place. Event-area like Murky Town is easily accessible for players and normally picked as a trade location, for example.

It's not our responsibility to force the trade when both of you were online and just failed to negotiate where to trade, because neither side wanted to move. If you let this situation happen again, there might be punishment applied to both of you, @Laviter and @Lunarindra.

I expect the trade to be done as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,

    Irushia
