In his screenshot, we can see he used GMT+2 there, not +0: (Timestamp follows GMT +0) The auction will always follow the conditions that are set, and cannot be changed, once it is started. I'd recommend you to always check the starting post of the auction to determine the correct ending point of the auction by yourself. I hope that answers your concern.
