  2. Hello there @Ekel1717 I'm afraid Staff no longer offer delevelling services since the introduction of Mysterious Candy. The only solutions here would be to catch a fresh Sync to use or to use another Pokemon of the correct level with your Sync in the second space on your party.   10. Hello there! @13gh0st13 It is not possible to scale the waterfall on Route 208. To use Waterfall in the overworld, simply teach it to a Pokemon in the party and then use Surf or a Surf Mount. You will then be able to Surf up a waterfall. There are no happiness requirements and you don't have to manually click the move either. I hope this covers everything.   11. Hello there! @Vantubeo2001 PRO is currently in the process of switching to Generation 9 mechanics. In Gen 9, many moves are now TMs that were not in previous generations. Due to the vast work load, (but also thanks to PRO's frequent updates) new moves and TMs have started to arrive in PRO, with a wave of them added in the most recent update. Currently, it is only possible for Ursaring to learn Fire Punch, not Ursaluna. This is because Ursaring has been able to learn Fire Punch via Move Tutors in previous generations. I understand it can be frustrating if a player is unaware of this or forgets to teach the move before evolving. I have done this myself and I am hoping the TMs are added soon, but we'll have to wait and see. The TM will be coded and available in a future update.   12. Hello there @Nyong PRO is currently shifting towards Generation 9 Mechanics. In Gen 9, Ursaluna learns Fire Punch via a TM. Without this TM in PRO at the moment, Ursaluna cannot learn Fire Punch. Like @Bfgo said, i'm afraid you would have to wait for the TM to be added. Reversing evolution is only done in exceptional circumstances, like when a player pays for services and their Pokemon is evolved by a third party. I know this isn't the decision you was hoping for and I am truly sorry that. I hope that the TM is added soon and you are able to have you desired moveset. I'll lock this topic now. Have a great day!   16. Hello there! @Gogowheat One of the requirements to start the Pinkan Quest is the player must be biregional Champion (Kanto and Johto). Once you have become the Champion of Johto by beating the Elite 4, you will be able to start this quest. I hope this clears things up. If you have any other questions, please let me know Houndstone

  21. Hello there! @Pthame I apologize for the delayed response. Currently, the game is switching towards Generation 9 mechanics. In Gen 9, Hail is indeed replaced with the new weather effect; Snow. At the moment, Hail still exists in PRO alongside Snow. The ability Snow Warning has been updated, which now sets Snow. Chilly Reception has also been added. For now at least, Hail will remain in the game and keep its pre-Gen 9 function. This could be changed in a future update.   23. Hello there! @Y1n There is currently no ETA on the Valentine's Chess rewards. In previous years, these rewards have been redeemable after an annoucement in the official Discord, allowing players to collect rewards for ladder placement from Psychic Gertrude in Vermilion House D Top. Players then had a week to collect these rewards, so don't worry; If you did achieve ladder placement, you will have ample time to collect the rewards.   24. I agree that Psychic Marina's information could be clearer on this subject. However, the text does mention that "Reroll Tickets" are eligible for the service but makes no mention of Soul Bound or Legendary rerolls. An announcement was made in the official Discord server stating that Soul Bound Rerolls were removed from the Double Reroll service some time ago too. I appreciate your politeness and your suggestion. I will raise this topic with the responsible Staff members and I truly hope that your suggestion will be implemented; making it clearer for players in the future. Thanks again and have a great day!   25. I'm afraid only tradeable reroll tickets can be used for the double reroll service. Information on this service can be found here: Prowiki - World Quests In future, I'd advise double checking the specifics before spending a Mysterious Ticket on a service you haven't used before. I know how frustrating it can be not getting the outcome you had hoped for and so, I thank you for understanding. I apologize again for the loss of your Mysterious Ticket.
