  2. Hello there @Roronoa24 Players are currently facing issues with the new client falsely flagging as a virus. It is recommended to try using the 32bit version of the client, as it seems not to flagged and has very little difference from the 64bit version in terms of performance. I hope this helps. This could be another case of a visual bug, which affected some players after yesterday's update, whereby some Pokemon were not displaying in the PC Could you try searching your boxes again now?   9. Hello there @Gralak21 Your Keldeo has been restored. The Nikola boss has been removed in a recent update. In order to edit the IVs of your Legendary Pokemon, you can use IV Rerolls and their many variants, like IV lock or IV shuffle tickets. As a lot of your other points were simply opinions, I won't be addressing them.   12. Hello there @Vio I believe this to be a simple mix up. The name of this item in your backpack is "Tears", which does not match the name in the Coin Shop and so, searching "Face" or "Crying" in the backpack will yield no results. I can see this item is still in your inventory. If you could confirm this, that would be great. Looking forward to your reply. Houndstone

  14. Hello there @Duylequang2303 This appears to be another case of an infamous bug which is affecting many players. Could you try muting your In-game Music and Sounds using the Mute button in the Options tab? This is a temporary fix and should stop these crashes. A permanent fix will arrive in a future update, allowing players to use music and sounds as intended. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Houndstone

The reason why Stealth Rocks were not set after the use of Stone Axe is because of recoil damage from the Iron Barbs ability, which caused your Kleavor to faint before the moves secondary effect could activate. This mechanic exists in the main series games and works as intended here in PRO. If you have any related questions to this topic, please let me know. Houndstone

  18. Hello there @Trelos11. As @Nimn1mhas already stated, Locked-IV Rerolls aren't eligible for the Double Reroll Service offered by Psychic Marina. This service can only be used with regular IV Reroll Tickets (Soul-Bound, Untradeable Rerolls are also not eligible), which can be bought for 150 PvP coins or 250 PvE coins from their respective shops and can be traded from player to player.   25. Hello there @Woirgone3813 The requirements for this quest changed in a recent update. To start the Cresselia quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and Sinnoh Champion. It appears you are still missing a substantial amount of the Sinnoh Pokedex's caught data. Once you have met this requirement, you should be able to progress with the quest.
