Hello there @Alexpyd You have been quite unlucky here. The odds of Mirage Island being visible increase with each attempt. On your first attempt, the odds of the island appearing are 1/16, but each day you return and speak with Old Man Jerry again, you will have a higher chance to see Mirage Island (2nd attempt 1/15, 3rd attempt 1/14, and so on, until the 16th attempt which will be 1/1 or 100%). You can find out everything you need to know about Mirage Island here. If you have any other questions related to this topic, please let me know. Houndstone

Hello there @Dumana There is no way to buy Great Balls in bulk at the moment. As you're aware already, your only options would be to purchase Poke Balls or Ultra Balls for their respective bulk sellers. If you believe a bulk seller for Great Balls would be a good addition to PRO, you could always make a Suggestion here. I'll lock this topic now. Have a great day! Houndstone

Hello there @Hollowpikachu I'm afraid that we only offer to reverse an evolution in exceptional circumstances, like if a Pokemon is evolved by a 3rd party without permission of the owner. Unfortunately, we do not consider mistakes like this for de-evolution requests. I know this isn't the answer you was looking for and I am truly sorry for that. I'll lock this topic now. Take care. Hello there @Gabozd Your next step after beating the Grunt is make your way west, which was previously blocked by an electrical barrier. The Grunt you defeated has now disabled the electrical barrier to the west, enabling you to progress further into New Mauville. If you have any questions related to this topic, please let me know. Hello again, Trainers. This guide will serve to teach you about the experience (EXP) mechanics of PRO; how it works, what has changed over the years and how to efficiently reach Level 100. The grind begins... The Facts Experience points are gained by all Pokémon who have been sent out against an opposing Pokémon and then divided evenly between them upon the opposing Pokémon fainting. The amount of Experience points earned is determined by the fainted Pokémon's level and it's species. Since the 2023 EXP rework, the Experience points earned by a Pokémon from battle will remain consistent throughout the entire evolutionary line. This means that preventing your Pokémon from evolving offers no advantage whatsoever in regards to the EXP earned from battle. The formula for how EXP is earned is as follows: Candies and Boosting EXP Candies are a great way of earning instant EXP outside of battle. Here is a list of which candies are obtainable and their effects: • Rare Candy - Increases a Pokémon's level by 1, up to level 100. After leveling up, it will have the minimum required experience for its current level. • Exp. Candy XS - Yields 100 Experience points • Exp. Candy S - Yields 800 Experience points • Exp Candy M - Yields 3,000 Experience points • Exp Candy L - Yields 10,000 Experience points • Exp Candy XL - Yields 30,000 Experience points Rare Candies can be obtained from many sources, like rewards from Bosses and Digspots and they are tradeable between players here in PRO. Exp Candies are primarily found from Pokéstops and are untradeable. There is a bunch of ways to boost the amount of EXP earned from battling here in PRO. These include: • Exp. Booster Potion - Boosts Experience points earned from battle by 25% • Membership - Having an active Membership boosts Experience points earned from battle by 50% • Guild Boosts - Being in a large Guild offers a boost of Experience Points earned from battle (2.5% for 40 or more members, 5% for 75 or more members, 7.5% for 95 or more members); Being in a Guild in the Top 10 of the monthly Guild Ladder offers an additional 25% boost of Experience points earned from battle. This boost of Experience Points is applied to every player in the Guild in the previous Ranked season. • Exp. Share - If any non-fainted Pokémon in your party holds an Exp. Share, the total experience earned when an opposing Pokémon faints is split in half between all non-fainted Pokémon which participated in the battle and the Pokémon holding the Exp. Share. • Party Exp. Share - A seasonal, server-wide boost of Exp which is applied to all non-fainted Pokémon in your party, even Pokémon which did not participate in battle. Active during some events. Reaching Level 100 The maximum level, Level 100. Here is a list of great places to level up in PRO: • Trainer Towers - The go-to method for fast, efficient leveling. You can learn more about Trainer Towers Here • Victory Roads - Before each region's Pokemon League, you must conquer Victory Road. High level wild Pokémon and strong Trainer battles make Victory Road a great place to train your team. • Cerulean Cave - Home to the strongest wild Pokémon in Kanto. • Dragon's Den - Home to the strongest wild Pokémon in Johto. • Re-challenging Gym Leaders/Copycat Lamsie - A great way to earn additional EXP throughout the 4 Regions. You now know everything you need to know about our EXP system. Happy leveling, Trainers!

Hello there @Anhiuemgengar I'm afraid that once you have made your choice, the quest cannot be reset. Your only option to obtain the Gardevoirite would be continue and complete the quest, obtain the Galladite and then buy the Gardevoirite from Wally for 100 PvP coins or 200 PvE coins. Earning such large sums of coins can seem like quite a daunting task, but thankfully there are many ways to earn PvE coins here in PRO. Here are a few ways you could earn the required PvE coins: •Bosses offer 3 or 5 PvE coins each for defeating them on Medium or Hard difficulty •Collector Joro offers 5 PvE coins for each OT form that you submit (3 PvE coins for non-OT) •Bug Catching Contest can give up to 3 coins daily. Multiplayer Bug Catching and Fishing Contests can also yield high amounts based on your overall server placement •The Monotype Tournament is a great way to earn PvE coins whilst also collecting Z-crystals for completing the tournament with different Monotype teams •Dungeons are another great way to earn PvE coins, but are also quite difficult to beat and are aimed towards more experienced players I know this isn't the answer you was hoping for and I apologize for that. If you have any questions related to this topic, please let me know. Houndstone

Hello again, Trainers! This guide will teach you everything you need to know about Trainer Towers; what they are, where they are and how to make use of them. What are Trainer Towers? Trainer Towers are a super effective way of fast leveling your Pokémon here in PRO. The towers consist of 10 Battle Floors; starting with Floor 1 (Level 10-19), then Floor 2 (Level 20-29) and so on, until the final floor, Floor 10 (Level 90-100). Each of these floors has 10 Trainer battles(with the exception of Floor 10 which has 5 strong Trainer battles), offering more and more EXP the further you ascend the tower. The levels of the Pokémon in your party will determine which floor of the tower you will begin at. If the difference between levels of your Pokémon is too large (30 levels or more), you will not be able to access any Battle Floors. Any Pokémon above Level 97 will not gain any EXP during the Trainer Tower Challenge. You can check your team compatibility and find lots of useful information regarding Trainer Towers at the Info Counter. You can begin the Trainer Tower Challenge at the Reception. Be aware that some floors of the tower will be inaccessible without having obtained the necessary Gym Badges. Where are the Trainer Towers? Each of the 4 Regions has their own Trainer Tower. Their locations are as follows: Kanto Trainer Tower - Route 13 Johto Trainer Tower - Route 40 Hoenn Trainer Tower - Route 111 Desert Sinnoh Trainer Tower - Route 218 All 4 Trainers Towers boast the same mechanics and EXP yield. The only differences between them are their locations and the Pokémon used by the NPC Trainers. The Trainer Tower Challenge After checking your Gym Badges, team compatibility and paying a fee (starting at $2,000 for Floor 1, increasing by an additional $1,000 for further Floors), you will be escorted to the elevator and taken to the appropriate Battle Floor. Each floor has 10 Trainer battles, a Nurse Joy to heal your Pokémon for a small fee, and an elevator and staircase at each side of the room to progress to the next floor or exit the tower. Your goal is to defeat the Trainers of each floor, making your team stronger to progress to more difficult and more rewarding battles on the next floor. Your team will gain around 10 Levels worth of Experience Points from each Battle Floor, making it possible to progress to the next floor to repeat this process. The amount of EXP earned from each battle is shared between your entire Party, meaning each Pokémon will earn a little more EXP if there are fewer Pokémon in your Party to divide the overall EXP with. Unlike other battles in PRO, you will receive all EXP earned at the end of each battle, instead of each time an opposing Pokémon faints. Trainer Tower battles also yield no prize money. And there you have it, Trainers! You now know everything you need to know about Trainer Towers! Happy leveling!

Where can I find Reversal and Gunkshot TM for Sneasler
Houndstone replied to Redflipvalor's topic in Resolved General Support
@Chihirac The situation is the same. Currently, there is no TM for Acrobatics here in PRO and Sneasler can only learn this move via TM, not a Tutor. Now that the issue is resolved, I'll lock this topic. Take care. Houndstone -
I'm glad to hear the issue is now resolved and you were able to catch Diancie. This issue is currently being investigated and will be addressed in a future update. I'll lock this topic as requested. Take care. Houndstone

Hello there @Clickicebeam In short, no; there is no specific reason why Incineroar and Araquanid have not been introduced into PRO yet. New Pokemon, like Sneasler, Clodsire and the recently announced; Corviknight are being added to the game, along with the introduction of Generation 9 mechanics. It is simply luck of the draw in regards to which new Pokemon are added and when. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Houndstone

Hello there @Keiraskyler To use the Flashlight tool, you must already own HM05 Flash. To obtain this HM, you must have 10 or more caught data and speak to Oak's Aide at Route 2 Stophouse 3. Once you own the HM, your Flashlight will work as intended. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Houndstone
