  1. Hello there @Nayeonblue My apologies for the delayed response. As stated in the rules (thank you @Edwardlz) each person is allowed a maximum of 4 accounts. Since you are already aware of this rule, I'll lock this topic now. If you ever need any help in the future, don't hesitate to create a new topic. Take care. Houndstone

  5. Hello there @Ruxztrem Account deletion is not a service that we provide. If you no longer wish to play PRO, you can simply uninstall the client from your device(s) and cease to use any related communities like Forums and the PRO Discord. I'll lock this topic now. Take care. Houndstone
  6. Hello there @Crisgamerklk Rest assured, this is not a bug and simply just a delay on our end. When possible, a member of our Staff Team will process your request, though as @Mingrenpro said, this is dependent on Staff availability. Thank you for your patience. Have a great day! Houndstone
  7. Locked as resolved. Take care. Houndstone
  8. Hello there @Saberkanade This bug will be fixed in the next update. A temporary workaround until the next update; release around an entire box of Pokemon and you should be able to catch Hoopa as intended. My apologies for any inconvenience caused by this bug. I hope this information helps. Houndstone
  9. Hello there @Hbkk2 I'm afraid to inform you that the excess Rare Candies which you are referring to are lost forever, unfortunately. It is common knowledge that the limit of items in the Backpack is 999. Therefore, it is the responsibilty of the player to ensure that before any trade for an item occurs, they are aware of how many of each item they have in their Backpack, to ensure the 999 limit is not exceeded. I know this isn't the response you was hoping for and I am truly sorry that there is nothing that can be done. I would advise you to be more wary in future before making such purchases. I'll lock this topic now. Take care. Houndstone

  13. Hello there @Alexpyd You have been quite unlucky here. The odds of Mirage Island being visible increase with each attempt. On your first attempt, the odds of the island appearing are 1/16, but each day you return and speak with Old Man Jerry again, you will have a higher chance to see Mirage Island (2nd attempt 1/15, 3rd attempt 1/14, and so on, until the 16th attempt which will be 1/1 or 100%). You can find out everything you need to know about Mirage Island here. If you have any other questions related to this topic, please let me know. Houndstone
  14. Hello there @Dumana There is no way to buy Great Balls in bulk at the moment. As you're aware already, your only options would be to purchase Poke Balls or Ultra Balls for their respective bulk sellers. If you believe a bulk seller for Great Balls would be a good addition to PRO, you could always make a Suggestion here. I'll lock this topic now. Have a great day! Houndstone
  15. No problem. Take care. Houndstone

  19. Hello there @Vaneza Your Exp. Share is attached to a Swinub in the first box of your PC. I hope this helps. Houndstone
  20. Hello there @Hollowpikachu I'm afraid that we only offer to reverse an evolution in exceptional circumstances, like if a Pokemon is evolved by a 3rd party without permission of the owner. Unfortunately, we do not consider mistakes like this for de-evolution requests. I know this isn't the answer you was looking for and I am truly sorry for that. I'll lock this topic now. Take care. 23. Hello there @Gabozd Your next step after beating the Grunt is make your way west, which was previously blocked by an electrical barrier. The Grunt you defeated has now disabled the electrical barrier to the west, enabling you to progress further into New Mauville. If you have any questions related to this topic, please let me know. 24. Hello again, Trainers! This guide will teach you everything you need to complete the Hoenn Transport Quest; how to start the quest, what the requirements are and a step-by-step walkthrough of the quest. Requirements • Hoenn Championship • A strong team of Pokémon (Level 80+ recommended) Part 1: New Mauville To begin the quest, speak with Wattson in the Pokécenter of Mauville City. He will ask for your assistance and for you to meet with him at New Mauville. Make your way south of Mauville City to Route 110. Surf to the east and make your way over to New Mauville. Upon entering New Mauville. you will see Team Magma and Team Aqua Admins, Courtney and Shelly, speaking with Wattson. After a short dispute, both Admins will go deeper into New Mauville and Wattson will leave to heal his Pokémon, leaving it to the player to head down and deal with the troublemakers. Once inside, your objective is to reach the main computer, which can be found in the northeastern-most room. Due to electrical barriers blocking the path to the west, you will first have to fight the Aqua Grunt to the east. This will deactivate the first electrical barrier. Proceed west to fight the second Aqua Grunt, who will reveal the location of the remote control key. Upon defeating the second Grunt, continue to the west to retrieve the key. It can be found in a cardboard box in the bottom right of the next room. Proceed to the east and fight four more Grunts in order to deactivate another electrical barrier. You can now proceed north to fight three more Grunts, which will unlock the final room. Once you have made your way to the final room, you will have to battle Admins Courtney and Shelly. These battles are rather difficult; a Level 80+ team of Pokémon is recommended. Be sure to prepare accordingly. Shelly's Team Courtney's Team Part 2: Repairing the Computer Speak with Wattson again after beating Courtney and Shelly and you will learn your next objective is to repair the computer. Your first step will be to locate Wattson's Plusle and Minun, which will now be roaming around New Mauville. These two Pokémon have a long patrol path and must be near a generator when you interact with them. The easiest way to do this is to go to the generator rooms and wait for Plusle or Minun to make their way to their respective rooms. Report back to Wattson and you will be informed of your next objective. This time, you will be tasked with installing a program for the Transmat service at three random Pokécenters in the Hoenn Region. The possible locations are as follows: • Oldale Town • Petalburg City • Rustboro City • Dewford Town • Slateport City • Mauville City • Verdanturf Town • Lavaridge Town • Fallarbor Town • Fortree City • Lilycove City • Mossdeep City • Sootopolis City • Pacifidlog Town • Ever Grande City When inside a Pokécenter, speak to the Security Officer on the upper floor to enter the Transmat Station room. Once inside, examine the computer on the west side of the room. If it is one of the three randomly selected computers, the program will be installed successfully. Otherwise, it will inform you that a countermeasure has already been installed. Once all three programs have been installed, Courtney will appear. Battle her to complete this section of the quest. This is the ultimate battle of the quest; be sure to prepare accordingly. Courtney (Second Battle) After defeating Courtney, make your way back to Wattson at New Mauville. Speak with him for a final time and the quest will be completed. Congratulations! The teleporter will now be unlocked, enabling fast-travel around the Hoenn and Sinnoh regions. (Sinnoh Championship is required in order to use the Sinnoh Transport system) Great work, Trainers!
