Hello there @Geeansalvatoree I can confirm Cranidos can spawn all day at Mirage Island Cave 3F and is not affected by any bugs. Cranidos is a Rare spawn, meaning it can take quite some time to see one in the wild. I hunted for Cranidos myself not long ago in this location and only found two in several hours of hunting, for example. Four hours without one does seem like a more extreme example but I'm sure if you're persistent, you will encounter a Cranidos soon. I wish you the best of luck on your hunt. Have a great day! Hello there @Manell It appears you have started the Latios & Latias quest and your next step is to find Latias in 1 of 10 possible locations, all of which are listed in the provided link. After battling Latias, the next step is to return to the Player House, interact with the TV to begin the hunt for the roaming blue Pokemon; Latios, which also has 10 possible locations. After battling Latios, you'll now have the seen data for both Pokemon and upon interacting with the TV again, you will be able to select which of the duo you would like to catch. The final step is to speak with the reporter once more outside the Player House and your selected Legendary should spawn and be available to catch. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Houndstone

It would appear that you are still missing some of the requirements to begin the Legendary Birds quest, To start this quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Kanto, seen data of the three birds and Kanto Championship. Hello there @Wibugay Firstly, welcome to PRO! I hope you're enjoying your adventure so far. You can access the game's Options from the Log in screen or by clicking the 3 dots and lines in the bottom left of your screen, then clicking Options. Then, scroll to the Graphics section and adjust the slider for GUI Scale (Game User Interface) and click Apply once you have found a scale that is comfortable for you. I hope this helps. Hello again. I apologize for the late response but as I explained in my last reply, we are currently low on available Staff. I can understand your frustration, but negative comments about Staff will not be tolerated. A decision has been reached and I regret to inform you that your request has been denied. The NPC used to buy the double reroll service explains the cost of said service very clearly. If you had read the information carefully, you would have been made aware the rerolls you spent were used to pay for the cost of the service and therefore, no longer useable. I would advise, in future, that you make sure to read and understand all the information provided before spending such high value items. Hello there @Geeansalvatoree The most reliable way to farm Fossils is unearthing them in Digspots and Excavation, although you will have to hope that luck is on your side to find a Skull Fossil. All of the Fossil Pokemon also have a spawn at Mirage Island too, meaning you can catch a Cranidos there if you are lucky enough to gain access to the island. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Alakazam prefers Timid or Modest natures; both of which reduce the Attack stat. In this example, 20+ would be required for all stats besides Attack. Some Pokemon, like mixed attackers, benefit from having high IVs in all 6 stats. A good example of this would Naive Greninja, 20+ in all stats would be required to considered epic in terms of IVs. Hello there @Geeansalvatoree I regret to inform that Rockruff is currently not huntable in PRO. It has been obtainable in the past via Guild Island and from limited time Events and Outbreaks. Rockruff is one of my favourite Pokemon and I wish it had a permanent spawn too, but like many Gen 7 Pokemon, I'm afraid that isn't the case at the moment A little bit of good news though; Mirage Island in the Hoenn region has a Wild Lycanroc-Dusk NPC, which can be battled and caught each time the player is lucky enough to unlock access to this illusive island. If it's Midday or Midnight Lycanroc you desire, I'm afraid your only option at the moment would be to try to buy them from other players. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Houndstone

Hello there @M0nkeyk1ng and welcome to PRO! I'd be happy to help answer your questions. Prices are set by the seller for any Pokemon in PRO. These prices can vary quite a bit depending on a few factors; IVs, Nature, Ability and Rarity. A price increase is common if a Pokemon is a Shiny or an Event form, as they are much harder to find. Many players ask for Price Checks from other players, to give them a general idea of how much they could get for a Pokemon. No price is set in stone and the more time you spend here in PRO, the more you will learn of general prices. High IV Pokemon are very sought after here in PRO. Two terms frequently used to describe high IV Pokemon are Epic (usually 20+) and Godly (usually 25+). If a Pokemon has IVs like these and also has the desired Nature and Ability, prices will climb higher and higher. As @Narutox07 correctly stated, there is no NPC that buys Gems. However, Gems can be sold to other players and also exchanged at an NPC known as the Item Recycler in Lake Cave in the Johto Region. This a great way to use Gems and other items you may have for a chance to obtain rarer, more valuable items. I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please let me know. Houndstone

Hello there @Kiruchoppu This is a well known causing problems for lots of players at the moment. A temporary fix to this issue is to mute in-game music and sounds in the Options tab. A permanent fix is being worked on and will arrive in a future update, which will allow players to play with music and sound as intended. Thank you for your patience while we fix this issue. We are currently extremely low on available Staff, which is causing much longer delays than we would hope. The Dashboard does mention that we aim for a 48 hour response time, but honestly this is inaccurate at the moment due to us being short on available Staff and username changes being a low priority. Hello there @Shinychansey According to our database, no adamant set has been saved Victini. With regards the bug, we are unaware of any bugs related to Bolt Strike and saved sets. Your only option now would be to reroll the nature, making sure to save any sets you may wish to use in future. Have a great day! Houndstone

We used to offer this service in some exceptional circumstances, but accidental over-levelling on a fully evolved Pokemon was never considered for this service.
