That is strange. In most cases, a change to an alphanumerical password fixes this issue. If you are certain that there was no misspellings in your username or password and that it contains only letters and numbers now, do you have another device you could try logging in on? Is it possible that your password contains any special characters? If your password does contain any kind of special characters, please change your password to be alphanumeric (only letters and numbers). Passwords are case sensitive. Is it possible that your password may contain a capital letter? Thanks again Houndstone

Hello there. I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. I apologize but I'm afraid devolution service is only offered in exceptional circumstances, for example a Level or EV servicer evolving a Pokemon they don't own by mistake. In the case of players making mistakes, we don't consider requests for devolution. I know this isn't the outcome you was looking for and I am very sorry for that. Your only option now would be to obtain another Nincada and make sure to leave a spare slot on your team when evolving it. Thank you for understanding the decision here. Hello there. As you may have noticed, PRO is currently in the process of updating to Gen 9 mechanics. In Gen 9, Ursaluna learns both Fire Punch and Ice Punch via TM. Currently these TMs are not available in PRO and these moves are taught to some Pokemon via In-game tutors. Since Ursaluna doesn't learn these moves from a tutor, it can't learn these moves in PRO until the TMs are available. I apologize for any confusion surrounding this matter. Hello there. At the moment, there is no ETA for any of the things you have mentioned I'm afraid. New Pokemon are added in frequent updates. A recent example would be the addition of some Pokemon from the Hisui Region. Regarding major game updates like the Server merge and new regions/Pokemon, please keep an eye on the official Discord for announcements. Hello there, I apolgize for the delayed response. It seems that you haven't yet beat the Hard mode tournament with a Ghost mono-type team. Dont worry @Jarriraza, Kyurem will indeed be catchable again via beating Nikola boss again once the cooldown has ended. As @Nlyax correctly said, you would have to wait 21 days for the cooldown to end. I apologize for the confusion around this and for the delay in obtaining your Kyurem. I would recommend preparing a Master ball during this time to avoid any further delay in catching Kyurem. Have a great day! Houndstone

Hello @Lenny and welcome back! There has been a HUGE amount of content added since the introduction of Mega Evolution, including Z-moves, some Gen 7, 8 and 9 Pokemon, mechanics and moves, lots of Event forms and Cosmetics and most recently a massive PvP update. There is also a ton of new quests for obtaining Z crystals, mega stones and much more. I hope you enjoy your return to PRO! Houndstone

In some cases, this can lead to delays. Since this isn't a bot and simply a tracker, use of it is legal in PRO. In my opinion, it would be easier to just track encounters manually to avoid any strain on your device and to ensure this client runs smoothly. In future, please refrain from tagging Staff frequently in an attempt to speed up a response. Staff have to balance their work here with their own lives, so this may lead to a delay. As long as that tracker doesn't break any of the rules I stated above, it should be fine to use. I haven't seen this tracker before, but It appears other players have used it with varying success. Regarding a new region, server merge and unreleased Pokemon, there is currently no ETA. Keep on eye on the Discord Announcements for things of this nature. Thanks again Houndstone

This fix could be device specific and a different adjustment to these settings may make it display properly again for you. I hope by toggling these settings, you're able to make the sparkling animation display again soon. Thanks again Houndstone

Hello there! This has been tested already and it has been found to be an issue with the settings and not a client bug. The options Compute Shaders and Frame Buffer Size can cause the sparkling animation to fail to display when adjusted. I was able to stop the animation from displaying on my own Shiny Pokemon by adjusting my settings. To reverse this, I activated Compute Shaders, set Frame Buffer Size to 2 and restarted the game. After this, the animation displayed correctly again. Try adjusting these settings yourself ans it should fix this issue. I hope this fixes the problem for you. Have a great day! Houndstone

Hello there! At the moment, there is no command or In-game system which allows you to track your encounters. Use of tracking tools is allowed but using any kind of unauthorised software, hacking or editing the PRO game/client is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised software includes: Any kind of automated software. (Bots, Macro). Software which injects into PRO's files to give unfair advantages. (Speed hacking).
