  1. Hello there @Kingcavalier Both servers are up at the moment. Is this what you are referring to? Houndstone
  2. No problem. As the issue is now resolved, I'll lock this topic. Take care. Houndstone
  3. You're very welcome and congratulations on catching Latias. Since the issue has now been resolved, I'll lock this topic. Take care. Houndstone
  4. Hello there @Woirgone3813 The requirements for this quest changed in a recent update. To start the Cresselia quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and Sinnoh Champion. It appears you are still missing a substantial amount of the Sinnoh Pokedex's caught data. Once you have met this requirement, you should be able to progress with the quest. If you have any questions, please let me know. Houndstone
  5. Would you be able to visit the 10 Latias locations again and attach a screenshot at each of them? It is possible that you may not have searched in the correct areas of these 10 locations and equally possible, the Latias may not be displaying at these locations. Screenshots will help clarify this. Houndstone
  6. Since the update, this requirement is no longer necessary to complete the Latios & Latias quest . This Wiki link provides the up-to-date requirements.
  7. Hello there @23leon06 My apologies for the lack of communication in regard to your issue, it has not been forgotten. This issue will be addressed in the next update, when happiness evolutions will be updated to Gen 9 mechanics and Mysterious Candy should work to evolve your Togepi. I'll be sure to check in with you once the update arrives. Thank you for your patience. Have a great day! Houndstone
  8. Hey @Pitillo My apologies for being unable to assist you sooner (and thanks again @Titaniaplayz). As I can see you have now caught Kyurem (Congrats!), I'll lock this topic. Have a great day! Houndstone
  9. Locked as resolved in a duplicate thread. My apologies for the delay. Have a great day! Houndstone
  10. Hello there @Zzbobbyzz I'd be happy to assist you. Firstly, could you provide a screenshot at each of the 10 locations? I look forward to your reply. Houndstone
  11. Hello there @Mikaza98 The requirements for this quest changed in a recent update. To start the Eon Duo Quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Hoenn and Hoenn Champion. It appears you are still missing the caught data for several Hoenn Pokemon (Spinda, Altaria, Zangoose, Chimecho, Gorebyss and Salamence). Once you have the caught data for these Pokemon, you will be able to progress with the quest. If you have any questions, please let me know. Houndstone
  12. Hello there @Victorojeda10 I apologize for these inconvenient crashes. This appears to be another case of a well known bug related to in-game Music and Sounds. Could you try muting both your music and sound using the Mute button in your settings and then let me know if this fixes the issue? This is a temporary fix which has worked for many players. A permanent fix will arrive in a future update, allowing players to use music and sounds as intended. I look forward to your reply. Houndstone
  13. No problem. I'm glad to hear that you're able to progress with the quest. If you need any further information on the Mew quest, this guide may prove to be useful. I'll lock this topic now that the issue is resolved. If you need any assistance in the future, don't hesitate to create a new topic. Have a great day! Houndstone
  14. Hello there @Tidusmaromba Lets get this figured out. Could you attach an image of what the Know it all man in Celadon office says upon speaking with him? Looking forward to your reply. Houndstone
  15. Hello and welcome, Trainers! This guide will teach you everything you need to know about Mirage Island. Lets HM08 Dive right in! Accessing Mirage Island: The first step in accessing Mirage Island is in Pacifidlog Town in the Hoenn Region. Old Man Jerry can be found at the north east of the town, where he will be searching for the illusive island. Speak to him and... It appears the island isn't visible today, but don't worry! On your first attempt, the odds of the island appearing are 1/16, but each day you return and speak with Old Man Jerry again, you will have a higher chance to see Mirage Island (2nd attempt 1/15, 3rd attempt 1/14, and so on, until the 16th attempt which will be 1/1 or 100%). If you are lucky enough for the island to appear, you will have 24 hours of access to the island, during which you may leave and return as you please. Once this 24 hour period ends, the island will disappear and you will be teleported back to Pacifidlog Pokecenter if you are still on Mirage Island. If you own a Mysterious Ticket from completing a World Quest, you will be able to exchange this for 72 hours of access to the island by speaking with Old Man Jerry again after his daily search. Old Man Jerry will then leave Pacifidlog Town for the next 72 hours (using your Mysterious Ticket for a well-deserved vacation to Birth Island). Once the island is visible to the player, Route 131 to the east of Pacifidlog Town will be replaced by Route 131 B. Surfing north on this route will take you to Mirage Island. The Fun Part: Mirage Island is home to a bunch of very rare Pokemon, some of which can only be encountered here. Every Fossil Pokemon can be encountered on the island at any time of day, making it a great place to hunt for these Pokemon. Mirage Island is divided into 5 areas. Lets take a look at which Pokemon are available here and where they can be found. Mirage Island Cave 1F Mirage Island Cave 2F Mirage Island Cave 3F Mirage Island Lake Mirage Island Summit An Extraordinary Encounter: Each time you visit Mirage Island. you will be able to battle and catch this Lycanroc-Dusk, which is currently the only way of obtaining this special Pokemon. This Lycanroc is located at Mirage Island Summit's most north-westerly point. It will be Level 50 and have the Tough Claws ability, which is exclusive to Dusk form. Only one Lycanroc will spawn if a Mysterious Ticket is used to gain access the island, not one per 24 hours. Now you know everything you need to know about Mirage Island. A special thanks to Epithet and Bitterblade for their help with this guide. Happy hunting, Trainers!

  17. Hello there @Pandazion This is not a bug and is indeed, an intended mechanic. Annihilape does learn Drain Punch, but only via the TM and not from a tutor. The TM Drain Punch can be purchased from Veilstone Gym for 8000 Pokedollars. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Houndstone
  18. Hello there @Hasanchucha My apologies for not being available to offer assistance earlier (and a thank you to @Titaniaplayz). I'm glad to see the issue was resolved and that you were able to evolve your Pancham. As the issue is now resolved, I'll lock this topic. Have a great day! Houndstone

  23. Hello there @Thangleon26 Thanks to the Mysterious Candy you are still able to evolve your Magmemite, even with it being Level 100. They can be obtained for 2 PvE coins or 1 PvP coin each from the respective shops, as well as being tradeable from player to player. If you are hoping to evolve the Magnemite fully to Magnezone, you will also require a Thunder Stone. This a Gen 9 quality of life change made to Magneton's evolution method, which is possible here in PRO. If you require any further assistance, please let me know. Have a great day! Houndstone
  24. Hello there @Kingsmancroize As stated already, this is not a bug. PRO is now shifting towards Gen 9 mechanics. In Gen 9, Protean was changed to only activate once per switch in. This means that the Protean ability is indeed working as intended here in PRO. As this issue is now resolved, I'll lock this topic. Have a great day! Houndstone
  25. Glad to see the issue is resolved. I'll lock this topic now. Have a great day! Houndstone
