Hey, When you say, "The entrance for the Magma hideout is not active," do you mean that the entrance appears blocked? Even though it appears blocked, you can enter the base by interacting with it! Please let me know if this helps!

The NPC you need to talk to before catching the Medicham is the Brawly on the map called Mt. Pyre Summit, not the Brawly on Mt. Pyre Exterior. You caught your current Medicham a short while before talking to the correct Brawly NPC that marks the caught date threshold in the system. Please try catching another Medicham that otherwise fulfills the requirements you are aware of and, once prepared, try speaking to Brawly again! I am very sorry for the confusion. Please keep me updated on if you have any other problems with this quest. Ayroo -

Hey, Please go back to the cave on Route 25 and interact with Entei again. After that, please use the mysterious ticket that has been restored to your inventory to visit Birth Island! After, please let me know if it worked properly. -

I love your idea! The IV calculator is really useful for WQ, I use it the same way! Unfortunately I'm unable to talk about anything upcoming to do with the tool, but if you'd like to get another shot at giving it to your alts, then I promise you that the suggestions subforum is the best place to get your idea some traction! Hey, The purchase of the double reroll service can be done by any of three payment methods: 2 rerolls tickets, 1 mysterious ticket, or 1.2 million pokedollars. Those items will be lost since they are spent for the service. Purchasing the double reroll service initiates a 1 hour countdown during which the next rerolls you use, up to 10, will be doubled. I'm afraid that we cannot refund those rerolls to you, as the NPC in-game mentions clearly that those rerolls will be spent for the service when the dialogue is prompted. This dialogue prompt describes the 1 hour period I mentioned clearly, and it's important to use your time wisely as we have no ability to refund you if you forget or are otherwise unable to use the hour. Keep in mind, of course, that this hour is up to you to start, so it's up to you to handle correctly. Furthermore it would be unfair to other players who mistakenly understood the feature and didn't get a refund either. Instead I'll try to help by listing where you can obtain rerolls ticket : During the Kyurem quest, if you did not black out whilst fighting Kyurem. Donating a full set of fossils to the Pewter museum Suspicious bot will give you a nature reroll ticket every week after a streak of 40 wins PVE/PVP shop Solaceon quest (You have the chance of obtaining a reroll ticket or a nature reroll ticket every 7th days). Do keep in mind that the pokemons listed in the wiki are currently incorrect, you need to submit fresh caught pokemons now. Additionally, It's good to note that you can combine two nature reroll ticket into an iv reroll ticket with the NPC in vermilion city. Even if the answer might disappoint you, please try to understand that there is nothing we can do in your case. I hope you are able to enjoy the remainder of the Xmas event! -

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear that! There are several things I suggest you do and check to help you connect: - Make sure your version of the PRO Client is up to date (if it wasn't, you would get the message "This version of PRO is outdated" when trying to log in, but just in case). - If you are using a VPN, please try turning it off to see if it allows you to connect to PRO. - Make sure PRO is allowed to pass through your firewall on your system. - If all the above solutions weren't helpful, try resetting your Internet connection to see if it somewhat fixes the issue. Please try all of the above solutions to see if one of them will help you fix your issue. If it's all without success, come back and mention it here so we can try and proceed with further assistance. Hey, Yes, I see the missing pokemon on your alt account and I will restore it to your account! I will need you to be offline to restore the pokemon, so please send me a message here when you have done so. Otherwise, I will periodically check the online status of your alt and restore Solgaleo when I see that you have logged off.

Of course! Please know that soon, a box UI update will be brought to the main client that will allow you to retrieve accidentally deleted Pokemon within a few days after you binned it. He will evaluate the trainer's Pokédex, requiring at least 100 caught-data entries before rewarding the item. Potential prize for defeating the Jessie and James boss.
