Hey, The next step for you is to head left and enter Route 8! From there, keep going left until you find the tunnel to go underground. Hey, I'm sorry that you're having this problem, Ever since the patch two days ago, users are complaining of their anti-virus programs false flagging PRO and deleting files that are necessary for the game to run. The developers take measures to avoid this as best as possible by uploading PRO's files to popular anti-virus services to get them scanned and approved ahead of time, but when critical bugs are found and hot fixes are performed, the services begin to falsely flag the same files again and the dilemma repeats itself. To get around this issue, the simplest option is to install the 32-bit version of the game for the time being, which should not trigger any anti-virus false-positives. The 32-bit version does not cause significantly lesser performance, and installing it is a temporary fix while popular anti-virus services scan and approve PRO's new files. If this for any reason does not work, or if you would prefer not to use the 32-bit version, here is a step-by-step guide to circumventing the issue: Turn off Windows Defender & any other anti-virus software temporarily. Find a location on your computer where you would like to store the game, and create a folder named "PRO". Once done, minimize this window for now. At the bottom of your screen, click on the search bar, type windows security, and click on the option that shows up. Make sure the option you click on brings you to a Windows settings window with the aforementioned name and not to Bing's online search results. Hey, Your software flagging PRO is giving you a false alert, don't worry! There are very few anti-virus programs that have problems with the PRO client, including a variant of your own anti-virus Avira: VirusTotal, which is a highly trusted online anti-virus checker, lists 64/65 anti-virus programs giving PRO a perfect score! In order to play, you'll have to add an exception for PRO through your anti-virus software. Each anti-virus program has different ways to add exceptions however, so I wouldn't know the exact process through Avira. Please let me know if you have any more questions, Ayroo

Hey, I am really, really sorry to hear what happened to you... Have you checked the NPC you rerolled the ticket on to see if it lets you load the reroll you applied? I'm sorry to say that there isn't anything else that we can do on our end. There isn't a way to verify that this happened, so for instance if someone had a ticket, used it but got a bad roll, they could just have us give him a free ticket to try again. Hey, It's great that you and your brother are playing PRO together and I hope you have a great time! Unfortunately as of now, as far the rules regarding multiple accounts concern, we unfortunately have difficulties discerning whether 2 accounts are owned by one or two people if you play in the same domicile. Are you and your brother playing in the same household? If yes, then I'm sorry to say that the system might consider you both as two accounts owned by one person, and so the standard rule concerning PVP on multiple accounts owned by the same person apply in this game. Of course, if your answer was no and you live in different houses and don't play under the same network or devices, then there would be no issue! Hey there, The key to this is Mega Alakazam traced the iron barbs, and when the Starmie used rapid spin, the hazard was not removed because the rapid spinner (Starmie) fainted in the same turn. Hey, After checking your account, it seems that the bike quest was never complete, somehow. Additionally, I don't see a bike on your account either... Hey, I'm extremely sorry you're having this issue! Right now there is a bug in PRO which causes crashes very similar to what you are describing, and it's caused by in-game sound oddly enough! I recommend you try going into options within the client and muting all sound sources if possible. This bug is not typical for PRO and the next client update is going to have a possible fix for this precise issue. Please let me know if this does not solve your issue, Ayoo
