To change Rotom's form, you have to interact with a pile of boxes located in: - Vermilion City Pokémon Center - Celadon Department Store 2. - Goldenrod Department Store 3. - Lilycove Department Store 4F. - Veilstone Department Store 1F. When you change the form of your Rotom in the pile of boxes, it will learn the corresponding move (Rotom-Heat: Overheat; Rotom-Wash: Hydro Pump; Rotom-Frost: Blizzard; Rotom-Fan: Air Slash; Rotom-Mow: Leaf Storm). You can change the form of the same Rotom from one to another. The NPC you mentioned, it's a Tutor, who can teach your Rotom, for P12.000, the move it learns by changing it's form, that's why he said "that's not the correct Pokémon". Hello @Gialos!! Gracidea Flower it's part of the Shaymin quest, only available during the Easter Event. Once you get your Shaymin, (you must wait until next year's Easter Event), the Gracidea Flower can change its form to Shaymin-Sky and revert it, as many times as you want. Meanwhile, HERE you have a list of legendary Pokémon available in PRO. Some of them (Keldeo, Diancie and more) can be obtained regardless of whether there is an active event or not. Regarding Ingrain it is not code yet, here's a list of broken moves, abilities & items in PRO Both may be available in the future, however they aren't currently. Remember that each Pokemon needs 252 happiness, (happiness have tool tips in the Pokemon card). To raise happiness you can defeat wild pokémon while holding a soothe bell, or use the little cafe, located in Cerulean House 5 and Goldenrod Underground Path here you can also find the Pokémon Salon. You can check this list of Pokemon that can learn dig (by level and TM), you can also find all the locations where you can buy the TM.
