There are some countries that block PayPal so users can't donate to receive coins. Their only way of getting MS is from purchasing it from other users. Also some people don't like spending money for extras in video games. :p

It's a player ran market. Therefor, staff will not intervene and regulate prices. If you don't want to spend what the seller is asking then don't; the seller will eventually lower their prices if no one buys. However I do think that PRO needs some more money sinks. The Focus Sash seller is a good start as it means PvP players will be putting their money elsewhere and thus will have less to spend. This will slowly lower the prices of both Pokemon and items; such as MS.

Abra is a bad example since it only learns Teleport from leveling up. If you open your Pokedex it shows you what moves your Pokemon can learn and at what levels. There are external sites like Bulbapedia, Serebii and Smogon which tell you the movesets of each Pokemon however you need too keep in mind that only the first 260 Pokemon have movesets updated to Gen 6 (As pointed out by Mecano)

Can you provide screenshots of the issue/s? From what you're describing; it's an error that sometimes happens when installing the game. Try completely reinstalling the game; use WinRAR or 7Zip to extract the files since these rarely have issues.

Since the Pokemon isn't of massive value, it's unlikely that you'll have it recovered. Mostly because if staff recovered your Pokemon they'd have to recover everyone else's Pokemon or it would be unfair on players who have done this in the past. Just be careful when you're releasing Pokemon next time. Yanma isn't too difficult to find so you should be able to catch a new one in no time :p

If I remember correctly, Ampharos can only learn reflect if it or its pre-evolutions are caught in the Dream World; which isn't in PRO. Ampharos doesn't learn this move any other way, so I'd say no. Ampharos cannot learn Reflect in PRO.

I doubt that staff will not reset your account for this reason. If it's that much of a bother to you then you could always buy a Magic Mirror and change your gender or you could catch a Male Pokemon early and replace your Pikachu. You could also play on a different server since you get a new save on each one.

I wouldn't recommend that. Since, to be honest, that makes you worse than them. Spreading toxicity isn't the way to go about it; do as both Digit and Lunestra said and keep screenshots of the incidents. If it continues then you can make a report for harassment. However, if you started to swear at them, they could easily report you for toxic behavior and I don't think you'd become immune to punishments because 'It makes you feel better' :P
