Try resetting your internet connection, clearing your cache/ cookies and using a different browser. Sometimes this is a temporary issues and will go away by itself where as sometimes it's caused by internet connectivity problems.

Since the Windows phones use their own operating systems, which aren't Android's, I'd say no. Though, you might be able to install an Android emulator and play it like that. I'm not entirely sure since I've never used a Windows phone myself.

To me this looks like an issue retrieving information from the server. It would explain why he cannot see his Pokemon, the Poke-time, his money, etc.. Alongside that, the map isn't loading. What you could try is a solution for a issue that was similar to this. When you log in just afk on PRO until the server kicks you for being afk. This could take up to 30 minutes, based on reports from previous issues, however it could fix the problem entirely. Let me know if it works.

Since it's optional, I'd say no. You need to gain a huge advantage for it to be P2W. Besides, you can buy a pickaxe via other methods too :P

Well, it's luck. There's no guarentee that you'll get something good in X amount of time playing. You have to keep at it; there are also plenty of other things to do to keep your mind off the grind. I've played plenty of MMOs and, so far, this is one of the easier ones :Angel:

You should always mold your team to be effective at countering all your weaknesses. If you have a weakness then figure out how you can get rid of it. Replacing a Pokemon to cover your weaknesses would be a good choice.

Noivern learn Dark Pulse via a TM however the only way to get Dark Pulse in PRO is through a Move Tutor. Unfortunately you will have to wait until Dark pulse is implemented as a TM.

I don't think that server reboots are scheduled based on Poke-time. Even so, if you are trying to do the Celebi quest and you need to wait for those hours then just wait. It could affect people in the same way if the server rebooted during morning whilst they were hunting a Pokemon that only spawned in the morning.

If you aren't interested in buying coins then you could buy a bike ingame. Go to Vermillion City and enter the house next to the Pokecenter. You can buy a bike voucher for 75k by talking to the boy with the Ditto. You can then redeem the voucher at the bike store in Cerulean City.

Maybe not timed battles (Since server lag/ internet connection can make this difficult) but instead a "Defeat this boss in X amount of turns." I think it would be cooler if you had an option at the start of the fight for either a normal battle or a challenge battle; and each boss could have their own challenge/ challenges. For example, beating a boss in 12 turns or less will reward you with one of the 'better' rewards however there should be a risk to accepting the challenge in that you lose a percentage of your money for failing the challenge.
