You get Porygon from Cinnabar Labs after you have 100+ caught data. You get the silver disc when you present a Pokemon with 150+ IVs to the Task Master. (It's not guaranteed that this will be your reward.)

Instead of just logging out you will need to completely restart your client. This will fix the issue.

Here are our rules and requirements. I notice that you only joined yesterday so it's unlikely that you meet all of our requirements, exceptions can be made but we prefer to recruit people who meet them. They're very minimal so it shouldn't take you too long if you plan to join ^^

Unfortunately staff will not reset your account. If you want to keep the same name you could play on a different server.

I'm pretty sure that Hone Claws works correctly however I don't think it has been implemented as a TM yet.

Yep you can catch starter Pokemon in the wild, they are very rare though. As for Mega-Evolutions, they aren't coded correctly yet.

EV training is possible however IVs are random and aren't influenced by any other factors like breeding as breeding isn't in the game. All three servers are the same and have the same spawns so it doesn't matter which server you chose. I personally recommend Red as it seems to be the most popular however it's completely up to you.
