Sorry to hear of your loss but I don't think the staff can help you. If they did they would have to help every other player in your situation who have already been turned away. Maybe in the future you will get another chance to catch it.

Like Nade said, it is a common bug. As for server reboots there is no scheduled time for them and lately they have been getting rarer and rarer. Normally the server crashes/ reboots every 24 hours or so, so if you keep your eye out on this website you will see when the server is online/ offline and how long it has been online: https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/

Did you watch the TV again? You need to do that to trigger Latios's spawn.

What Nade said. Red seems to be online a bit more but it is also full quite often and the queues are larger. Blue is the same as Red except you can log in faster; most of the time :P Personally I play Red as a lot more people are on there for me to meet and be friends with. (We're also cooler)

This is a common bug caused by closing the client whilst still logged in. You will be able to log in after the next server reboot/ crash.

Ah, this means you are in a ghost queue. You are connecting to the server but you can't see the queue. To fix it you can either wait out the queue or restart your client a few times. I hope this helps :Grin: NOTE: I just checked and the queue is very small at the moment (50 Players in the queue), it should only take you a couple of minutes to connect.

What type of message are you getting when trying to log in to the game? Try closing the client completely and then reopening it, this may fix the issue.

Can you upload your screenshot to Imgur please. Also, is the problem fixed now that you have relogged?
