Its the sparkle from shiny mounts left over on the map tile, something to do with the way they're coded i guess.

leech seed should be banned, it does more then 1/8th health to blissey

The reason people want a new server is to have a fresh economy and "new league" (like dmm in osrs and leagues in PoE) Personally I dont feel like theres a need for that, nothing is stoping you from farming pokemon on any server, finding a good one, and selling it.

Restart your client and it will fix it :p It's been around for a while so I guess there's no other fix to it :( Hey that worked! thanks!

I can walk on this area I have highlighted It was a real pain to get back to surfing, I had to move up and down spaming the water to beable to surf again.

pinkan island is a new area that was released today, you need to be the hoenn champ + 250hours played to even do the quest to get there. I dont know if it will be here forever.

Pretty sure they said it wouldnt happen because they would have to recode the way parts of the game work. but I guess if you could buy "premium" tabs (like GGG does with path of exile) They could make alot of money.
