Depends, ive heard that blue can be unstable, but I have no idea if thats true. Red is less unstable now, then before because of the new server, but it can often be "laggy" when theres many people online. Red is also older so I think its more competetive.

Is deino ms only in meteor falls B1F 1R?, Or exactly where do you catch it? Ive been into B1F 2R and in the secret cave there, But I dont know where I can encounter it and if its ms.

A suggestion is to add you can farm mushrooms in petalburg woods, its 1500 per mushroom and you get like 6 without paras and more with paras

Tottaly with windypuff, Its kinda op to have poison, then still have a item slot left. Then you can maybe but a leftover on it, and suddenly you have a huge heal every turn.
