You mean Jackson in mt.silver or some where? If in mt.silver, you will need wait for cooldown before can battle again.

The game will never translate in major things (story, name of pokemon, etc) and keep it as English international game. However, dev will see if have translate some minor things as option, button. Let see the future (not for now). Thanks for your respond.
