I see your point, however, it look like lag server. It is rare case, however, sometimes enemy pokemon can attack by himself. I will moved to proper place for staffs investigate it by the way. Thanks for report. --Moved to proper place--

first of all , you cannot delete a account , if its not logged for almost a year it get removed , banned accounts can be unbanned if it was a mistake or something . and 2 accounts per email , 2 emails per player , means you can up to 4 accounts no more. Ok thanks, and if a banned account is not logged for almost a year, get it removed ? And after an account is removed, can we use the mail again ? Pretty sure a inactive account will be removed after 3 to 4 months of time and yes, you can use the email again

You are not allow to delete account, permanent account will never use again or delete.

I am sorry but you cannot reset your process in your account, it is not allow in PRO.
