Hi, it is not possible for you reset process in game. However, if you not login game enough long (4-5 months), the account will be get rid of game. I will recommend you stay at current account or make new account and then "when the time come" it will be deleted. Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time.
