For example, when the server have lag issues, we always will not recommend people to go any boss or quest. If players still try to go when server unstable, they will have responsibility as their choice. And crash or server issue in beta is expected happen, and nothing refund for these case also. Did you test again or just meet it only once? And also crash in your talk is about crash only game in your device or crash server?

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility.
