Cloyster had to be changed into Jirachi, as the rule on staff rewards is 1 legend + 1 non-legend. I picked Cloyster (non-legend) without knowing, plus given that I already have talonflame (non-legend)

The requirements can be described as time-consuming costly mind-draining In other words, they are extremely difficult to achieve. Personally, I would love to obtain a Latios. However, I have been in doubt as I am unsure whether all my precious effort in collecting those insane amount of evolution datas would result in Latios with at least a nature I want, asking myself, will it be worth it? The opportunity cost in doing it seemed to have higher chances of stepping over the rewards in the end. I believe I'm not the only one who thinks this way. Therefore, I believe that a quest with such difficulty should guarantee a reward that is worth it. (I'm not saying Latios isn't worth it, I'm saying it would be just discouraging to obtain a quirky Latios (again) after all that hard work) How can this be solved? In my opinion, I think that Lati and a "Nature modifying NPC" should be grantable for players as the reward of accomplishing the high difficulty quest, with the NPC being limited to 1 usage per legendary</U><i></i>. This would encourage more people to do the quest, as not only are they guaranteed that their Lati will have the nature they want, but they can also do something about the other legendaries that may have failed to synchronize (Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, etc). <U>NOTE: This is simply my opinion, not a complaint.

Staff have player accounts too. They have an option to decide on whether they want to reveal their identity or not. Some do not prefer to do so as a staff member's player account tends to get disrupted by many PM constantly, ruining their gameplay experience. We should respect their decision whether they want to do it or not. perfectly said and i hope ppl can look past their feelings towards me and value your opinion. On the other hand, I totally understand where you're coming from, although I don't see it as a need for staff to reveal their player account. However, every staff member's actions are regularly monitored by the lead of each rank, or an admin if necessary. Leads are those with a star on their tag If they feel the decision of the staff member is unjustified, the decision is brought up and discussed among the group, and changed if deserved. Therefore, I do not think the said topic is much of a concern.

You'll be issued either a warning or a quietban. Deplorable behavior wont result in a permanent ban. However, if your infraction continues to occur multiple times, you may end up with one. Also. Regardless of whether you may receive a permanent ban or not, you should still apologize after committing deplorable behavior.
