You have two Pokemons that deserve as SPDEF tanks (i.e Blissey and Snorlax). One is enough. Its up to you which you prefer to use. Snorlax could offer offensive presence, while Blissey offers more bulk and take status effects. Snorlax could also take status effects, however rest puts it into sleep for 3 turns, making it vulnerable towards set ups. Since you're using Weevile and Dragonite, you will need something that can put away hazards such as stealth rock, either a spinner or a defogger. I would recommend a Donphan. Adding a Poliwrath sounds good, as rest of your team mates seem weak to Weavile and Crawdaunt, two deadly overused Pokemon(s). Weavile, Dragonite, Snorlax, Magnezone, Donphan, Poliwrath. Azumarill seems like a threat to this team I recommended. However, with the right plays, you can manage :)

Bug in PRO: It will only allow you to use the move on the first slot of your Pokemon How it is supposed to be: It should allow you to pick any move, and restrict yourself to that move, until either the item is knocked off, or the pokemon is withdrawn

I think the best way to end all this is to find a solution in which somehow satisfies both sides because we are one community. I assume this all started ever since the Latias, which is unobtainable for players, engaged in PVP. I've been using a Talonflame for god knows how long and such thread never came up, because its simply obtainable for players. Anyway, based on most of the posts, I see many are against staff pokemon because they are unobtainable by players themselves. So, simple solution? PVP viable reward pokemons should be obtainable for players, excluding tournament winners. They get to use their legendaries. Latias? Reikou? Heatran? no for staff members.

If the reward do somehow act as an incentive for some to work harder, I don't think it's that much of a big deal, as long as they contribute to the game well. Who are you to say get out to those who bring positive impact towards the development of the game? An admin of an unofficial PRO discord? There aren't just any staff member who remained app for 2 months and never made it, they passed because they possess the skill & quality to contribute. They'll do fine, don't worry about it ;3 If the reward do drive them to work harder, I don't see it as a big issue.
