Notepad++ is one awesome software but not something pushed by the educational system. However, for what you want to do you might want to consider Adobe Dreamweaver if you want to do html/php based stuff. If you want to do basic C++ program than visual studio 2015 community edition will just do fine. It's free. Notepad does not offer any sorts of debugging and whatnot.

We started slowly working on Hoenn several months ago. However, we stopped doing it 2 months ago due to issues within the staff and content staff having real life issues. Past month we resumed working on Hoenn and we've been working on it extensively ever since. We had to redo most of it and we've been undergoing several testing phases which are time consuming. Now, after one month of a lot dedication and hard work we are proud to announce to our users that fully working Hoenn has been released. The staff have been working hard to give you this huge update. Currently Hoenn has fully working; Regional transition system, GYM system, spawn system, quests, mini quests, elite four and championship, main story-line including the ability to catch Jirachi as a part of the quest, lots of new Pokemon to catch and a lot more. Hoenn was supposed to be released earlier. However, we had small issues within the staff and the availability schedule was not in favor of Hoenn and we were left short handed. Back on the Hoenn; The NPC will move you the Hoenn where all of your progress and Pokemon will be frozen until you beat the region. Once you won the region you can go back to Vermilion docks via the ship found in Lilycove City Harbor. There are several additions that comes with the Hoenn update. Current amount of money is: 10660559912 (ten billion (without staff and banned users)). When we talked about this long ago total amount of money was little over 2 billion. As you can see, the number of active users back then and now is perfectly synchronized with the ingame currency. As expected the MS price is expected to grow up, more people can afford it. Budget per player is slowly increasing and higher offers are being made. A lot of effort has been put into spawning and NPCs yield. PRO economy is very stable and its always in equilibrium. PRO economy is not crippled from any side. You are playing on a very stable economy. I also expect MS price to rise even more.

Make me a list of Pokemon you have that are affected with that issue and that are locked in your PC. Make a list like this; 1. Tauros; lvl 19 2. etc etc - Note; I've unlocked some of the Pokemon.

A mailing system is a planned upcoming feature that will be released next update I guess. A plan is to have it to work offline and online. So you pretty much will be able to send a mail, items etc to someone who might not be online. That is what I've gathered. Don't take me 100% serious. You can also expect more major updates coming soon.
