I have plans for the alolan evolutions of non alolan pokemon, don't worry about it. The Sevii story will basically introduce you to the kanto alolan variants and there will be a few others also, but not much more than that

Hi everyone, Thor here. In approximately 7 days (sometime around the 25th and 26th of May, Sevii island will be closed off to players. I will share an approximation of what will be happening with the region; - Sevii will have a brand new story but based on events that transpire in current games. - Sevii will no longer be MS exclusive (Don't worry MS guys, there will be more content for you guys to access exclusively later on) - The region will effectively replace the quest to go to Sinnoh. - Some Alolan Pokemon will be obtainable here. Hopefully this will make up for the 8-12 weeks that it will be closed for while we reshape the region!

Updates done over the last 2 days: - All johto bosses aside from Neroli and pewdie are now syncable, Thor boss has had some tweaks and balancing additions - Boss Cooldown Checker now displays current consecutive wins

why? No game in the history of ever has done this. Nintendo didn't even do that and they added stuff like ability capsule and shiny charm. Synchronize isnt some be all and end all ability, It is there to aid you in hunting, that is it. There shouldn't be special things just to make it more convenient

No-one on the content team has mentioned anything about this, and I know for a fact that Unova isn't the next region that's being worked on, as I am the one heading up regional development. There IS a region or 2 being worked on, but it isn't Kalos, Alola or Unova.

Lorelei has been fixed and updated to include synced rewards Sevii island 2 super boss has been moved to dock island (still has MS requirements), so it is in johto now. Also has been updated to allow synced rewards. This is in preparation of the Sevii Island revamp which will require Sevii to be closed.

The Kanto Bosses have been updated to let you sync your reward. (Except for Naero and Jessie/James due to having no 3rd Win Reward) Pumpkin King has been fixed and will show the proper cooldown time. Mew, Celebi and the Legendary Dogs have had their gametime reduced. 225 hours, 275 hours and 450 hours respectively. Everything associated with the legendaries have been updated aswell. (This includes the Guardians and Boss George, both now require 450 hours instead of 750) The Troll Pokeball in Jubilife City has changed into an Abandoned Pokeball, it contains either a Magby or an Elekid.
