There's a Headbutt tutor at Viridian Maze, directly to the left of the maze entrance. As part of a miniquest, though, the tutor is initially blocked behind a Team Rocket grunt, so you'll need to speak with the Youngster NPC near the berry patch outside first. You'll be able to battle the grunt and learn Headbutt from the tutor for 2k afterwards.

Hi there, I'd recommend using the default Mac unzipping program, Archive Utility, instead - I tried unzipping the PRO .zip file just now, and it worked fine with that program. Make sure to unzip the latest client file, as you won't be able to play with a previous/outdated version. Let me know how it works.

Hi there, you will need to check your connection, I suggestion reset module also. By the way, when you say lost connection, what you mean extractly? crash? Well my connection is fine, I don't have any packet loss or anything. It's just that I'm able to connect but after like 10-15 mins it would say connection lost and kick me to the home screen of the client. If I tried to re-connect after the kick the client would freeze for 20-30 seconds, it woun't let me re-join the server, but I'm able to connect to red and yellow fine. Hmm, interesting. Have you already tried restarting your PC? Even if your connection seems fine, I'd also still suggest trying to reset your modem just to see if that helps anyway.

Hi there. Sabrina uses Psychic-types, so your best bet is to use Bug, Dark, and/or Ghost-type Pokemon. Ground-type Pokemon don't actually have a type advantage over Psychic-type Pokemon, so you may want to consider finding something else. Dark-type Pokemon will do especially well at Sabrina's gym since they're immune to Psychic damage, so I'd recommend trying to pick one up. You can get Murkrow and Houndour on Route 7 at night, or pick up a Seedot via headbutt, as Seedot evolves into a Dark-type Pokemon. Afterwards, I'd recommend training at Seafoam B4F until your Pokemon is around Level 55-60. Hope these tips help - good luck with the gym battle!

Try heading over to Route 9 and seeing if the Ash Ketchum NPC appears there anyway. If not, wait a few days, and I believe the Ash NPC at Viridian Forest should respawn. You won't miss out on anything if you lose to one-time NPCs, like the battles with Red before Mt. Silver.

Just to clarify, there is more than one admin you'll need to battle at the Lilycove base - you won't be able to move onto Mossdeep until you have defeated all of them. Have you gone past the area with the teleporters yet? And were you automatically moved back to the Lilycove Pokemon Center after speaking to Magma Admin Tabitha? showing all the admins you'll need to battle and interact with at the Lilycove base.

Hmm, that's interesting. Did you download the client from the Downloads page or from an alternate source? Windows 64-bit actually is capable of running both 64-bit and 32-bit programs - it's just strange that the 64-bit client was giving your OS such a hard time. Either way, I'm glad you were finally able to get your game running, though!

Hi there. This actually isn't a bug, it's just that Magic Guard is one of the abilities that haven't been coded into the game yet. You'll have to wait until it's been implemented, although we unfortunately can't give you an ETA for when that will be.
