For example, do you receive any sort of error message after the game crashes? Each time it gets to "loading item pretties" part, it freezes then crashes. You have a chance to obtain Larvesta as a reward from defeating the Erika boss NPC. You can check the boss guide for further information. Axew can currently be found in the wild in the Hoenn region - here's the Hoenn spawn guide, where Axew's spawn information should be listed. As for managing Pokemon moves, we don't currently have a set method of rearranging or switching around the move order. Please feel free to mention it over in our Suggestions subforum if this is something you'd like to see in the game, though. :) Topic moved to proper forum. -

At the moment, Greninja can't learn Dark Pulse. However, make sure to stay posted - the Dark Pulse TM may be implemented sometime down the road, at which point your Greninja should be able to learn the move. :) Keep an eye on our update logs, as well as the TMs & Move Tutors guide, for more news.

What operating system are you using? The Team Rocket grunt at Mt. Silver specifically should have a cooldown of 2 hours in real time. Try facing her again after that amount of time has passed.

Hi there. The "User already logged in" message can happen due to a server-side glitch - essentially, the game continues to register your account session as active even after you've already logged out. Don't worry, nobody else is on your account. :) Unfortunately, though, the only solution for this is to wait for a server reboot. We can't give you an ETA on when the next reboot will be, since they don't really follow a set schedule, but you can monitor the status of the server you play on using this server status checker. If you notice that the server you play on is marked as "Offline," or has only been online for a short amount of time, that's usually a good indicator that a reboot is imminent or has already recently happened. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully you'll be able to play again soon.

Hi there. Have you made sure to read through this thread on common email issues? If you're receiving a message that says your account couldn't be activated, try clicking again on the activation link periodically. If it still doesn't work after a few hours, try to create another account using a Gmail address this time.

Hi there. Don't worry, the Android client won't use those permissions to call other phone numbers or anything like that. The permissions are needed so that the application can pause in case your phone rings, prevent your phone screen from sleeping, access the Internet, and so forth. Here's a thread with further information, if you'd like to read up more on the technical side of things. Again, please be assured that the PRO client won't use or store any user-sensitive information you may have on your device. I hope that clears things up a bit, if you had any concerns. :)

Cant do payment with PayPal because of regional permissions?

Hi there. The only way to donate to PRO at the moment is through Paypal. You could try using a VPN service in order to access Paypal, if it's regionally blocked off for you. However, I believe there's no way to donate otherwise, unfortunately. I apologize for the inconvenience. Hmm. That's unfortunate to hear. I'm sorry that's happening. :( The good news is that many of the items in the Coin Shop are still tradable, so if you accumulate enough in-game currency you can always purchase them in Trade Chat or via our Trade subforums. Here's a guide on money-making, in case you'd like some extra tips on earning enough Pokedollars for that. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Good luck, and I hope you're still able to obtain the Coin Shop item(s) you're looking for! -

Hi there. This is actually isn't a bug, it's just because Metronome is amongst some of the moves that haven't been coded into the game yet. You can check this thread for a list of more moves that are still uncoded at the moment. We're indeed aware of the moves that still need to be coded, and the eventual goal is to have all of them working properly - however, we can't give you a precise ETA on when this will be complete, unfortunately. In the meantime, I'll be moving this thread over to the General Support subforum, since the Battle System Bugs subforum is for reporting moves that are coded, but broken/bugged.
