If you're not violating our Game Rules or Terms and Conditions, you won't have any cause to worry. I also want to clarify that donating and having coins won't give you any sort of immunity if you're found breaking the rules again. That being said, play the game appropriately and you will be fine.

There are post count requirements to reply with a link, but there are no post count requirements to embed the screenshot within the actual forum post. Please make sure to read through the guide I've linked, as it shows you how to upload the screenshot using the HTML [ img] [/img ] tags. Staff members actually request that players do not PM seeking private support in cases like these. It's better for the question to be shared publicly on the forums, so that other users who may be experiencing similar issues can have something to reference.

Hi there. Can you explain in more detail what's happening when you try to click on the password field? Does the username field itself disappear? If you can take one, a screenshot of your client would help (with your username/password credentials removed for the sake of discretion). Here's a guide on uploading images within forum posts. If you haven't already done so, try removing the client from your computer and reinstalling it again.

Hi there. The servers are currently undergoing connectivity issues that have resulted in the "User Already Logged In" deadlock problem for several users. A server reboot will happen in time, after which all who are deadlocked should be able to play again. We don't have an exact ETA on when the reboot will be, but rest assured servers will be back to normal again eventually. Meanwhile, keep an eye on this server status checker. If you notice that the server you play on is marked as "Offline" or has only been online for a short amount of time, that's a good indicator that a server reboot is imminent or has already recently happened. Apologies for the inconvenience - Shane is working hard to resolve the issue so players can play stably once again. Correct. You need to be the Hoenn E4 Champion in order to return to Kanto. However, you'll be able to access your Kanto and Johto Pokemon after beating the eighth Hoenn Gym, so you can use them against the Hoenn E4 if you'd like.

No worries, General Support exists to help players who have questions about the story. :) If you're getting lost within Rock Tunnel, I would suggest looking up a video walkthrough on Youtube - there are several user-uploaded Youtube videos showing how to progress through the cave. It may benefit you to have a visual reference of the correct path to take. After you've emerged and made it to Lavender Town, Route 8 should be on the left. Hopefully that clears things up. Please feel free to respond with any further questions you may have.

As Windypuff has said, the police NPC dialogue is only intended to act as a hint for newer players to head to Celadon City and complete the Team Rocket casino quest. It doesn't actually affect any progress variables within your story. If you're an older player who has already completed the Pokemon Tower quest and obtained the Pokeflute, that means you've completed the casino quest, so the dialogue isn't relevant for you. As such, posting a screenshot is unnecessary in this case. Hopefully that clears things up.

Hi there. Have you already made sure to read through this guide on common email issues? As the guide suggests, keep trying to click the activation link, as it can take time to go through properly. If you're still receiving the same message after a few hours, try seeing if you can still log into the game anyway - sometimes you'll get the "could not be activated" message from the link even after your account has actually been activated within the database already. Good luck. -

Hi there. Sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. Rest assured, nobody is logged into your account - this is a server-side issue that happens when the game continues to register your account session as active, even when you've already logged out. Your account is safe. Unfortunately, however, the only way to solve this is by waiting for a server reboot. The game undergoes a daily reboot, so please be patient in the meantime. The server you play on should be rebooted eventually, and you should be able to log back in soon enough. Good luck.

In order to avoid this in the future, please make sure to log out using the "Log Out" / "Quit Game" buttons, and try not to click the buttons too rapidly. In most cases, this will be enough to prevent the bug from happening again in the future. Good luck.
