Hi there. Disable and Smack Down are moves that are already known to have issues at the moment - you can check through this list of bugged/uncoded moves for more information on both. As for Stored Power, could you try testing whether the damage stays the same when you have no stat changes versus when you've already set up a few?

Hi there. The issue with Destiny Bond is not that it is bugged or needs to be fixed - it's uncoded at the moment, like many other moves. The team is well aware of all the things in game that still need to be coded, so please rest assured that we aren't ignoring our player base. However, it takes our developer time to finish coding in and implementing new moves, abilities, items, and so forth. Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact timeframe on when this will be done, since it isn't a small or simple task by any means. Bear in mind that several other moves have already been fixed and/or added to the game since February, as the update log shows. Destiny Bond will eventually be coded in like the rest of the moves, but you'll need to be patient in the meantime. Topic moved to proper forum.

Hi, by chance were you trying to teach your Probopass Volt Switch via the move tutor? If so, I would suggest trying to use the TM instead. You can find TM122 - Volt Switch at the Mauville Game Corner, as per the TMs & Move Tutors guide.

Hi there. This appears to be correct - when you enter the the special Safari EV Training Area, it costs an extra $5000, meaning it should be $10000 to enter the EV Training Area. Hopefully that clears things up!

Hi there. The "Unknown Hat" item that you need to find from the wild Mankeys just happens to be a rare drop. It's likely that you're simply experiencing bad RNG, as it can take a while searching before you're able to find the item. Stay patient and hopefully you'll be able to stumble across it soon.

Hi there. Try pressing the Re-Sync button, as this can happen when your location in game doesn't match with your position on the map server. If that doesn't help, try closing the client fully and opening it again.

Did you already fight the Team Magma Admin at Jagged Pass? If you've done it properly, the Red Orb item should be gone from your inventory now. Here's a showing what you'll need to do at the Jagged Pass base.

This isn't a question of whether "spicy words" are fun or not. PRO is meant to be appropriate for players of all ages, including children. Encounter rates and percentages are not released, so the information you were given is likely incorrect. During the current clone Pokemon event, there's a 5% chance to encounter a cloned starter version from the Kanto starters you encounter - not a 5% chance overall to encounter a Kanto starter, or a clone starter. Hopefully that clears things up. Topic moved to proper forum.

Unfortunately, as the event has already started, the clone Pikachu starter likely won't be implemented this time. Moreover, as other users have already commented, the visual differences would be pretty hard to recognize in the clone Pikachu. The sync as you know has a 50% chance of working. The poke that has the ability shouldn't have anything to do with how well it works. Please be sure to read through the rules in the future. There are several other moves/abilities/etc that are considered both bugged and bannable - always keep up-to-date on the PvP Rules so that you're aware of what not to do when playing a ranked PvP match. Can you clarify if you've already tried what I suggested?

Yes, you should see a message at the bottom of the screen that tells you the username is already in use, like so: If you try again with another username, you should be able to receive the email properly this time. Make sure to scroll all the way down the page to check that you were able to register the IGN successfully, as the "username already in use" message can be easy to miss. Hi there. We have users from timezones all over the world playing, so the amount of players on the server / in queue at any given time is hard to pinpoint precisely. However, generally speaking, it seems that the queue is lowest around 8-11 AM GMT. Hope that helps! Hi there. Other users who have experienced similar error messages have reported that the DirectX 9 solution in this thread has fixed the issue for them. Try it out and let me know how it goes.

Next time, please be more careful when you're going through your PC and releasing Pokemon. If you notice there's server lag, that just means you should be extra careful while releasing your Pokemon, so as to avoid getting into situations like these. Moreover, I do want to add that you were asked to confirm your choice when you dragged the Pokemon to the trash icon. This kind of mistake is always preventable if you're taking the proper precautions. Please upload a screenshot of your released Pokemon's ID. You can refer to this guide on uploading images within forum posts.
