  7. Hi there. I'd suggest uploading your pastebin to the PRO Linux thread - there are plenty of experienced Linux users there who might be able to help you troubleshoot any issues. As for IRC connectivity, sometimes it takes a few clicks to join the chat, so try to keep pressing the login button till you get in. Hope that helps. Best of luck.

  12. Could you contact a GM or coordinator to bring some light to this topic? There's no related answer for this topic in the whole forum except a video guide that doesn't say much... Unfortunately, I believe the Spirit Stones have been removed from the database for bug testing purposes. However, once they've been added back in, you should be able to obtain your Spirit Stone. We don't have an ETA on when this will be done, but it shouldn't affect your Celebi questline progress in the meantime. Topic moved to proper forum.

  14. Hi there. We have users from timezones all over the world playing, so the amount of players on the server / in queue at any given time is hard to pinpoint precisely. However, generally speaking, it seems that the queue is lowest around 8-11 AM GMT. Hope that helps! Topic moved to proper forum.

  16. Hi there. Unfortunately, mounts from the Coin Shop are non-refundable - you were asked to confirm your choice after you selected the mount. However, the good news is that mounts are still tradable. What you can try doing instead is to sell your mount via Trade Chat or our Trade subforums, then use the money from that to purchase the actual bike voucher. Unfortunately, this is just an issue of RNG, not related to the platform you're playing on - your friend's very lucky to have gotten a Bulbasaur so quickly, as it's classified as "Extremely Rare," which is the highest rarity tier in game. Sorry to hear you haven't been able to encounter a Bulbasaur yet. Hopefully you're able to find one soon!
  18. Hi, the Android client doesn't have arrow keys for movement. As you've said, you'll have to drag in the direction that you want to move in. Hope that clears things up!

  22. Hi there. Unfortunately, as our FAQ states: However, usernames that haven't been activated via email will be automatically deleted from the database after seven days. That means you can try recreating the xVectra account again with a Gmail/Yahoo email after the seven days are up. Hope that clears things up!
  23. Hi, I've split your post from the previous thread as this is a separate issue. Thanks for letting us know what you've tried so far. Just to clarify - I know you said you've checked every folder, but were you absolutely certain to be thorough when looking through the Spam and Trash folders? Sometimes the confirmation email can get lost there, due to Gmail's email filtering. Thank you for responding and yes I checked each folder like 5 times to make sure it wasent a error on my end. I checked the all mail inbox, draft, spam, trash heck I even checked the categories social section and still no mail confirmation. So is there anyway to get the email confirmation? How many game accounts have you used the Gmail address for? The max is two game accounts per email address, so that may be the issue. Otherwise, make sure you're checking the correct Gmail address - you can log into your Account Dashboard to verify what email you entered. Can you let me know what the username of your niece's account is?
