  7. Here's your image relinked properly. :) Server queues are currently higher than normal since we've just released our anniversary event, and that's drawing more players to the game. Furthermore, it's summertime, so many students are on break and have more time to spend playing. The queues should stabilize again in a few weeks or so. If you're able to, I'd suggest trying to play during different times throughout the day - there are some hours that are peak hours for the servers, and some hours where the queue is relatively minimal, even nonexistent.   8. Unfortunately, server crashes aren't something we have control over. The game is in beta, so unexpected bugs and crashes may happen from time to time, as much as we'd prefer they didn't. As another user has already suggested, make sure you remember the IGNs of the users you're trading with, in case you lose connection or the server goes down as you're conducting the trade. Always screenshot your conversations so that you have records and can contact the other users through forum PMs or once you're back in game. What OS are you playing on, and are you receiving an error message along the lines of "The game has crashed, please send the error log to the developer"?   15. Hi there. I apologize for getting back to you so late on this. If you're still having the issue - try to restart your client a few times. It may take several tries, up to as many as 10+ attempts or so, but you should be able to get the NPC dialogue eventually. Other users have also reported that speaking to the Wattson NPC from the right side has helped for them, so you may want to try that as well. Good luck! Let me know how it works.
  16. Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you experienced this issue earlier. This can happen when you haven't opened your "Items" tab in battle for a while, since it can take the game a while to load up the data of all the items in your bag. In the future, try to open your items in battle once every 5-10 minutes while farming rare Pokemon - this should help minimize bag freezes and prevent your game from crashing when you finally encounter the Pokemon you're searching for. I'm glad that you and your friends are enjoying PRO. :) Please feel free to submit any other issues you've noticed or suggestions you might have, once you're ready to post them - we're always happy to hear well-rounded input from the community!
  17. Hi there. I'm going to assume that you've just gotten the badge from the Rustboro Gym. If so, you don't actually go through Rusturf Tunnel to progress through the story. Here's what you'll need to do instead: 1. Battle the Magma/Aqua grunts at the tunnel. 2. Return back to Rustboro City and speak to the scientist NPC standing in front of the gym. 3. Go into Devon Corporation, the big building near the gym, and speak to Mr. Stone on the third floor. He should give you a letter to deliver to his son, Steven. 4. Head down to Route 104 and take the boat to Dewford Town. Hopefully that clears things up. Let me know if you have further questions.
  18. Hi there. Thanks for your report - we're indeed aware that there may be some issues in the scripting of the Hoenn teleporter quest, and we're currently looking into it.   20. Hi there. This is not a bug, it's just that the Protean ability and Substitute move have yet to be coded into the game. Both of these are already known and documented on this list of bugged/uncoded moves, abilities, etc. Once more abilities and moves have been implemented within the game, Protean and Substitute should work properly. Until then, however, please stay patient. Topic moved to proper forum.

  23. Hi there. I'm sorry to hear this happened. However, staff unfortunately can't help you recover game data that's been lost as a result of a server rollback or crash. Since PRO is a beta and in constant development, unexpected errors and server crashes may happen from time to time. When that happens, we aren't able to return Pokemon, items, etc that have been lost due to a rollback. I'd suggest reading through this thread for more information on game progress that's been rolled back, and how you can try to prevent that from happening in the future. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. I know that farming rare Pokemon can be very time-consuming. Best of luck - hopefully you're able to find another Bulbasaur soon!
  24. Hi there. Unfortunately, since PRO is currently in development, not all moves are coded into the game yet. In terms of moves that are learned via the Egg Move Tutor, some of the moves introduced in later generations aren't implemented in the game yet, such as Icicle Crash. The team is aware of which moves still need to be added in at a later date - however, because coding them takes time, we can't give you an exact timeframe on when this will happen. Keep an eye on our update logs, which is where news about updated moves/abilities/etc will be posted. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope that clears things up!
