Hello [mention]hahahaka[/mention], Ruins of Alph, through the Union Cave to the Smeargle spawn and in every Daycare center (behind the Egg move tutor). They are located under Cerulean City in the Kanto Daycare, under Goldenrod City in the Johto Daycare and west of Mauville in the Hoenn Daycare. :p
