A solution of your problem could be asking someone to sell you a TM Rock Smash and the seller would bring the item to the 1st Sevii Island Pokecenter. Try to ask it in Trade Chat or to a guild member, and let me know if it turned out well.

Hello Allanku, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, a way to prevent this issue is to use Settings-Log Out, that will force your account to log out and save the information in the database, try to do so instead of closing the client right away. Hope I was able to help.
