While waiting for the new client release, try the following workaround mentioned by Red: In simple terms, start changing your resolution, starting at a lower resolution and working up to a higher one, until you get a good result. If one particular resolution gives you an error, you'll just have to select a different one. If this doesn't help, I am afraid you will have to wait till the next update. Good luck

Hello :Angel: I am not sure what is your problem, but if you are telling that your character is stuck, can you try following and try get unstuck yourself? Stuck Solutions: - Try Alt+Tab - Use an escape rope - Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited pokecenter - Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh button on the bottom toolbar - Log out, and then back in - If still stuck ask for help in the Live support chat in Discord. Let me know how it goes after trying the above solution(s). If they do not work, a full staff member will need to 'unstuck' you. Let me know if that is necessary. If these don't, a staff might help you. Good luck

What directx are you currently running? If you do not have directx 11 can you upgrade to that as that very well could be the problem. Good luck

Hello :Heart: To beat Hannah with Seaking you need to first beat Houndoom, then let Machamp use Thunder Punch on your Lightning Rod Seaking 6 times for maximum special attack boost. During those 6 turns you can also use Agility 3 times to obtain Maximum speed, that way you will outspeed her Metagross. If you can not oneshot it with Seaking, give it a Focus Sash to hold to ensure it survives 1 hit. If none of that works, Eviolite Chansey or Snorlax are both good options to beat Hannah. (Or) Use a Curselax with it . You can also use a Chansey with some back up 100lvls Good luck Thanks for the tip but, people have told me that they changed NPC coding so that they'll beat Seaking before any of that happens. Seaking alone is not enough. Try using Metagross, Gliscord, Blissey, Clefable, Slowbro or the strategy I mentioned above. Gl

I recommend newbies to catch a good Gastly or Magikarp early. You already have one Magikarp, so it's good, make sure it is Jolly/Moxie. I would also recommend catching a Gastly. They would help you in E4. You have good pokes for e4 . Buy a good snorlax as it's very helpful. For now, this team is enough. Good luck :)
